Mr. Salzman I just wanted to send you a note to express my overwhelming gratitude for your efforts in making a new vehicle a reality for me. I had doubts that I could actually finance a new car because of some unfortunate events in my past that ruined my credit. I was told that it was you that made it happen. Not only did you allow me to have a new vehicle as opposed to a used one, you have also given me the opportunity to rebuild good credit and for this I will forever be in your debt.
Also, I have to give the credit to Mike Bohn. Although we met under terrible circumstances, I was so glad I could help him and he has helped me tremendously! You have a very fine salesman as well as a fine young man. He delivered unequaled, superior customer service to me and I can tell that is his norm for any customer he encounters. As a matter of fact, everyone I have dealt with in your dealership has been exceptional. It is obvious that excellent customer service is paramount at Lake Norman Chrysler. We had been looking for a while for a SUV, perferably a Yukon XL. Happened to come across one on EBay, at a decent $ that was at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership. Called and spoke to Russell. Very straight forward with anwsers to my questions and friendly. Made an appointment, drove 2 hours and had a great experience! Had pricing information,details and carfax before leaving, and was shown carfax when we were there without asking for it!!! Didnt fill pushed or prodded to buy, instead had a relaxed atmosphere. Amanda was grat and knowledgable!

Russell was very helpful when I came to look at preowned SUVs. I had my heart set on a car that was out of my price range, but once he recognized my needs, he immediately showed me the Mercury Mariner, which is something I had not considered before. He made the process of buying a car very simple (as I was new to the process) and sold me on something that was a better fit that what I orginially had thought I wanted, while also working with me on the price to make it comfortable to me. I am very pleased!

I just purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger for my wife. I did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that the internet sales dept. was the way to buy. I contacted Russell Owen. He was straight forward and willing to do better than any other dealership gauranteed. I continued to check around and still ended up back here. Russell made a deal "better" over all. I spoke to him on the phone, and we came to an agreement. When I went in, it was painless. They made sure I was happy. The car they ordered didnt come with the U-connect bluetooth system. I thought that was going to be a down fall, but They made it good and installed the system at no extra charge. The service deptartment did an excellent job and took the time to walk me through u-connects setup system until I understood how it worked. I hope to be buying another vehicle within the next year and will be checking back with them when the time comes.
