Hello, my name is Russell Pitts. I have been in the automotive industry since 1999. I was a service technician for 8 years and a service consultant for the past 4 years. I have been a part of the Germain Family since September of 2010. I enjoy building lasting relationships with all of my customers and always strive for excellent customer service. In my spare time I enjoy spending it with my wife and watching our daughter grow up.
