My Review of Bennett Chevrolet:
I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Ryan was very low pressure and didn't try to sell me a car with more options then I needed. They were very up front about all incentives including dealer incentives from manufacturer. The other thing is they do zero of those bogus dealer installed options. There was some confusion with which rebates were included in their no hassel price so when we negotiated the final price I thought they had agreed to sell it at a lower price then what ended up on the final paper work. It had been a long day having been at a lousy dealership earlier in the day so it wasn't until I got home and studied the papers that I noticed the difference. I went back to the dealer 2 days later and told Ryan my concern and went over the numbers with him. Ryan had me talk to the general manager who explained the no hassle price. I stated that I didn't feel that one of the rebates was properly explained as part the the discount I was being quoted so I thought we agreed to a price that was further under the MSRP then what ended up on the final paper work. The general manager did not want me to leave being an unhappy customer do he decided that they would rip up the original contract and give me 100% of the money I thought I had overpaided. That is great customer service. I will be back.

The whole dealership staff was very friendly w/hellos and my wellbeing. I was very impressed. I was made to feel that my business was very important to them. they all went out of thir way to assist me as far as following me home to pick up an object that belonged to the van I traded in.

Where should i begin? The receptionist transferred my call promptly to my Sales Representative Ryan Camm. From the moment Ryan picked up the phone it was a pleasure.
I have had many bad experiences with other dealerships and Ryan reassured me that it would never happen at this establishment. He kept me informed throughout the process and stood by his word. He went out of his way to take pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and emailed me them as soon as he was completed. (the truck was a recent trade and pictures were not taken yet) He was professional, courteous, prompt, diligent, honest, trust worthy, straight forward, respectful, great listener, and a hard working individual. I had to travel approximately 45 miles one way to the showroom. It was worth the trip to travel just to meet the sales representative even if I decided I didnt want to purchase the vehicle. I have never been to a dealership quite like Bennet. They have exceptional customer service and a no hassle atmosphere. I have no complaints except for the lack of a sunroof my 2009 Tahoe has everything I wanted. Ryan deserves FIVE STARS!! I am now a lifelong customer and will not go to any other dealership.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the people at Bennett. My salesman, Ryan Camm, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Bob the finance guy was very nice as well. Usually when buying a car the salesmen are so pushy. This was not my experience at Bennett. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And I love my car.

I have purchased 3 cars in 6 years from Bennett Chevrolet; the two previous times I have had the pleasure of dealing primerly with Donald Hood as my sales person. This time Donald was the sales manager and Ryan Camm was the sales person. However, the service was excellent as usual throughtout the entire purchasing process. The gentlemen were knowledgable, hardworking, courtious and made me feel valued as a customer of Bennett Cheverolet. I appreciate their diligence, assiduousness and attentiveness.

The experience at Bennett Chevrolet has been excellent. Sales, service and parts employees have all been very helpful and friendly and made my wife and me feel at ease. Buying a car can be a trying time. We purchased a 2010 Malibu LTZ and Ryan Camm, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the models, specs and accessories, and with no pressure to buy(a big reason why we came back). The parts and service departments were very helpful when we ordered body side moulding and had it painted and installed, along with regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Dealing with Bennett Chevrolet has been very satisfying.

Having a disabled son, I had specific needs when it came to the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Justin and Ryan went above and beyond what I expected from a car dealership. They were very helpful,friendly,and courteous and they made purchasing my car a pleasure. Being clear about the price, and my options was very important to me. Joe in finance, also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bennett Chevrolet (Justin and/or Ryan) to any one looking to purchase a car and I will certainly return if and when I need to buy another vehicle. By the way this is my third purchase from Bennett.
