Ryan Matt at Matt Ford Sales Inc

Very nice, smooth and pleasant experience I have ever have in buying a car! I went there by myself on a Thursday and Ryan Matt showed and answered all the questions I have for The Escape Titanium 2013. He did a demo for me too. Then I went back Saturday with my husband and he demo it again for my husband. He was there to help us get the price that we wanted and we never felt that we were being pushed in buying the car. I will definitely come back at Matt Ford next time I buy my new car!

Matt Ford made this absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car! They are Friendly, Well Informed, and Professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They took the time to explain everything in the car and how to opperate it. They didn't try to rush me or to push me into buying something. They made me feel comfortable and important, and gave me a great deal. On top of that they helped me find the best interest rate for my car loan.

I would most definately reccommend this dealership hands down over anyone I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I had a terrible experience at a dealership just before this and had a terrible distaste for car salesman. The sale ultimately was cancelled and I had to go car shopping again. A family member recommended Matt Ford and I went there and had the complete opposite experience. Wonderful salesmen, very little pressure (if any) to buy, and everyone was concerned with my experience as a customer.

I am an out of state customer from Virginia who recently bought a 2012 Mustang Boss 302 from Matt Ford. From initial contact to vehicle delivery, it was probably a 3 month relationship. My experience from the initial email exchanges and phone conversations to delivery went amazingly smooth. Specifically, Ryan Matt (My sales contact) was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. Believe me, I bombarded him lots of questions and he happily answered all of them in a timely manner. He also proactively kept me informed week to week on the assembly progress and delivery timing of my car as it was a special order vehicle. My impression of him and his team is that they try to make the car buying experience as enjoyable, accommodating and hassle-free as possible. It was especially important for an out of state buyer who sometimes do not have the luxury of seeing the car in person to make the necessary inspections. As you can also imagine, the stakes (or anxiety) are even higher when it comes to a special car like the Boss 302. I trusted Ryan to ensure the car was in perfect condition when it arrived at the dealership, check the car thoroughly inside and out before delivery and he also made sure it was properly loaded on to the carrier for delivery. It was all done properly without issues. He's definitely a great dealer to do business with (In or out of state) if you are ever in the market for a Ford. Highly recommended! And I love my Boss 302!!! :)

My boyfriend and I were looking for a Ford Fiesta but had been unsuccessful in finding the car in our local area (Northwest Arkansas). After calling Matt Ford, Ryan helped us find a car available at the dealership and allowed us to hold the car for a week with a deposit. Ryan said if we didn't find the car we wanted on his lot, he would personally help us find the car and have it delivered, which is something that other dealers we spoke with were not willing to do because of the costs they would incur.

The car is great, the staff is friendly, and we would certainly make the four-hour drive again to buy from Matt Ford.
