The Sales Representative Riker was very personable and did an excellent job in presenting all the features of my new vehicle and ensured the vehicle was ready the same day for delivery. Ryan, the Finance did an excellent job in presenting all the features of my new vehicle and ensured the vehicle was ready the same day for delivery. Ryan, the Finance Manager did a bumper job in providing the finance seemlesly to allow me to complete the purchase. One of the best experiences I had in purchasing a vehicle after driving three hours to make the transaction. This is my twentieth year doing business with Acura Columbus and there is a reason why: they go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
