My visit to Arnell Motors was very comfortable and I was made to feel like family. Ryan set my mind at ease with my first car purchase EVER! He helped me find the perfect car for the perfect price. The overall experience of Arnell was great. Ryan really helped me out to get the best deal, and the car was very clean when I got it also. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me out with anything i needed. I would go back to Arnell for future purchases and i will also suggest it to my friends.

Ryan was very kind and curtious. He took his time with me and made sure that my daughter and I were very comfortable. He brought us water and provided my daughter with a chair to sit in. Ryan was very responsive to all of my questions and was genuinly interested in finding me a suitable vehicle at an affordable price. He even installed my grandson's carseat.

Thank you Ryan for your time and consideration. I will not hesitate to refer you to all of my friends and family in the future. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

My Review of Arnell Auto Group:
We were very pleased with our experience at Arnell. Our sales representative, Ryan Smith was a real sweetheart. He helped us above and beyond. He was not pushy and he was very friendly and personable. He has a personality that is out of this world. He is great. My husband and I both think very highly of him. We appreciate all that he did to speed up the process of purchasing our vehicle and the help he gave us in handling things in the vehicle we did not understand. If I had a son I would like him to be like Ryan. If it wasn't for him we probably would not have bought the vehicle. The sales person has a big influence in us buying from them or not. Larry, in the finance department was also very helpful in getting us the best financing possible and we appreciated that a lot. All in all, we were very happy with our dealings at Arnell.
