My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
The internet sales department introduced me to Dave, a salesman in this dealership. Dave was just 3 weeks old in the dealership, so both Ryan and Dave helped me choose out the car for me. Both of them extremely friendly and made us very comfortable in buying what we were looking for. My plan was just to get a test ride, but I couldn't resist buying from them considering their pleasing attitude and matching the price I was looking for.
A fantastic experience for me, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Michael and Ryan V were GREAT! I had purchased a Honda Accord from another dealership six months prior and was very unhappy with it. I came to Bridgewater Acura through a referral and spoke with Michael Lakso, and he gave me some options on how I can get out of my vehicle. He helped me every step of the way and managed to put me in a used, fully-loaded BEAUTIFUL Acura TSX, with the help of Ryan V, who was also great! I could not have been happier with my purchase!! The process of getting through all the paperwork was SEAMLESS! The entire team was so hospitable the entire time I was there. EASIEST car buying experience I've ever had! Will recommend again ten times over!! A++++++++++++++++++

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I was looking for a specific year, make and model, which I found at Bridgewater Acura. I had worked with the service end of this dealership with a past job of mine, and had always heard good things about their used car division. I honestly can't say I had a single sour moment throughout the entire purchase process. I was not completely sure I wanted or needed to buy a car at the moment, but they had the exact car I wanted at a price I didn't want to pass up. If their service gave me the slightest bit of doubt, I would have kept my car and just drove it into the ground. From the start, Ryan's approach won me over, and amazingly he won both of my parents (who are the biggest salesperson skeptics in the world) over as well. He was knowledgeable, very approachable and did not give off the slightest hint of being pushy!! I left the dealership after my initial visit with a ton of information, and no sour taste in my mouth. I absolutely HATE the car buying experience, and hate sales tactics, but at no time did I feel like I was being pushed, prodded, forced or pressured. To make an already long story short, Bridgewater Acura made a dreadful process (for me) a seamless experience. Every single person I dealt with was professional and gave me a good vibe. The dealership itself appears to be a well-oiled machine, even down to the last signature on the contract. Every transaction went off without a hitch, and I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to use this dealer.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I purchased a 2010 Audi S4 from Bridgewater Acura. I am located about 300 miles away in Pennsylvania and the transaction could not have gone smoother. We negotiated the deal in minutes over the phone. Mike and his team handled all of the paperwork and made it a very easy process. In addition, Mike stood by the car and addressed every minor concern I had from making sure I received the spare key and covering the cost of new tires. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Bridgewater for anyone looking for a used car. If you are in the market for slightly used luxury sedans and sportscars, check out their website. They have everything you could ever want in stock and the prices are extremely good.

I have had such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE at Bridgewater Acura that I wanted to spread the word . . . you can have full confidence in the integrity of our salesperson, RYAN VanHara. It sounds too simple to say he is a "really nice person" . . . he took his time, answering our endless questions, letting us test drive until we came to an understanding of what we really wanted. He showed that he is truly a professional . . . rather than sell a quick car, Ryan made sure we were so pleased that we would be back for our next car, as well. We purchased our last car from BRIDGEWATER ACURA and came back because we were completely satisfied with their service department . . . you want to know that the company still wants you to believe that you made the best decision, long after you purchased your car.

We own 2 Acuras - a TL and an MDX and we just purchased a 2012 TL w/Tech Package from Ryan Vanhara at Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. We are extremely pleased with Ryan and the dealership. This is my 2nd TL purchase from this dealership and I would recommend the dealership and especially Ryan Vanhara. I first spoke with Ryan about our interest in purchasing a new TL back in July. He has been very professional and have followed up with me on number of occassions - but not pushing me to purchase the car until I was ready. Ryan's knowledge of the vehicle, his patience, and most importantly his calm and professional attitude are the reasons why we bought our TL from Ryan and the Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. Ryan is a great salesman who understands his client's needs and respect their decision without pressuring you to make the purchase. I will definitely look forward to working with Ryan again for my next purchase of MDX.

I originally went to Springfield Acura looking for a Certified Pre Owned TSX. Was not satisfied and actually became frustrated. Received help from Tina, Edward, Ryan and Mr. Matos. Overall, my experience was great. Everyone was super attentive and very helpful. Throughout the whole application process and information gathering, I told Ryan and Edward what I wanted and what my goal was, and they did their best to get me to that point. The whole staff did their part making sure my needs were met. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership and I plan on maintaining my services with them as well. An overall frustrating experience became an enjoyable one once at this dealership and all thanks to the staff who not only cares about selling a car, but making the customer happy.
