My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
After dealing with several other dealerships that we were not pleased with, we went to Heyward Allen Toyota. Our salesman, S.L. Mitchell was not your typical salesman type. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and didn't try any usual salesman tricks or tactics. Although we did not have any personal experience with the management, I feel that they were reasonable people to work with us as we were negotiating a deal through S.L. S.L. did go above and beyond to make a deal with us. I know we got a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase and the price we got. Even after our purchase, S.L. has been great with contacting us to make sure that we have everything we need. Our experience at this dealership and with our salesman, S.L. definitely exceeded our expectations. The next time we are in the market for a new vehicle we will be calling S.L. at Heyward Allen Toyota. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I had a very good experience buying my Corolla at Heyward Allen. My salesperson was helpful but not pushy. He worked with me to make the buying process quick and effortless. He was attentive but not overbearing. The finance guy was the same, helpful but not irritating. The car I bought is in great shape and I was able to get a great price. I am very pleased with my car buying experience.

My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
When we drove up to the parking lot, two men were sitting at the entrance to Heyward Allen. We got out and one of them came up and ask if he could help us. S.L.Mitchell was very helpful without high pressure. He acted like we had known him all of our lives. His knowledge of the vehicles were very useful. He helped to ease the stress of purchasing a car. What we had in mind was a smaller vehicle. We drove a Prius,Corolla and Camry. We bought the Camry and are enjoying it a lot.

My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
Our dealings with Heyward Allen has been very pleasant. We purchased a 2011 RAV4. Both the sales rep, SL, and the sales manager, Keith, were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. SL pointed out the features of interest to us in the RAV4 and Highlander and seemed to understand our needs. He took us on a test drive that gave us the opportunity to get the feel of the car. Keith was instrumental in getting us a loan rate that we were comfortable with. The RAV4 did not come with one of those Toyota specials. At no time did we feel that we were under any pressure. We felt very satisfied with our experience. We had corresponded with two other Toyota dealers online and Heyward Allen offered us the best deal. I hope that our experiences with the service department are as pleasant as they have been with the sales department.
