My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Sam Guindi is a highly experienced employee of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. He made the upgrade to our new 2012 Acura MDX a very pleasant experience. Sam answered all of our questions, explaining all of the features of our new vehicle, with as much detail as we required for our complete satisfaction. This is the second time we have purchased an MDX from Bill Vince and the experience has been excellent in bothe instances. Bill Vince's bridgewater Acura is a fine dealorship to work with. All of the employees we interacted with, and in particular Sam Guindi, were more than willing to help us with our purchase. The MDX is a complex marvel of engineering design and it is a great help to your customers to have available such an excellent sales team.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Our most recent visit to Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura was to help our daughter with her first car lease. We have gotten 3 previous cars from this dealership and each time is was a great experience. We have dealt with Sam all 4 times and can't say enough about him. He is honest, trustworthy and not a "pressure" salesman - he really does let the car sell itself. When it came time for negotiations, Sam listened to what we wanted and presented all of our offers to the sales manager. We were able to get a great price on a new 2012 TSX for our daughter. She is very happy with her new car and now knows how to negotiate a car lease :-). Thank you Sam & Bridgewater Acura for another pleasant experience. Sam is the reason we keep coming back.

The purchase prossecc was very smooth. Everthing was explained.
Every option was offered with no pressure.
The sales person Samir Guindi was very professional also the manager Michael was very
friendly and helpful.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
My husband company had recently purchased a new MDX from Bridgewater Acura. I was also was looking for a small car to replace my old one. Since my husband had already established a relationship with Jewell Anderson the E-Commerce Rep for Bridgewater Acura I called him directly. I told him who I was, what I was looking for and what my budget was. He even took the time to look at the dealerships inventory and told me exactely what colors and options he had in stock. When I got there he introduced me to both Sam Guidi, and Kerry Donohue. I was treated like royalty by Sam who spent over an hour with me explaining me the different options on the TSX. The first time that I drove it I was in love. The car handled like a dream and it was so me. Kerry Donohue came back out to see me after I had talked to Sam where we ironed out all of the pricing. Bryan Hansen was the Finance Manager who also spent well over an hour explaining to me what options my husband's vehicle had and what he recommended for me. He told that he could sell me all of the same things that my husband had purchased but because I was driving less miles and not as far he recommended much less. All of them were very professional. This is pur second time working with Jewell Anderson and the team at Bridgewater but overall I was very impressed. Jewell sat with me at his desk and even showed me a new program that the dealership was using to schedule appiontments while we were waiting for my new TSX to finish getting cleaned. I would and will recomemend Bridgewater Acura especially Jewell and Bryan. Tammy

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
This is a dealer you want tell people about! You can just tell when you meet good, honest people who treat you with respect. It makes the entire car buying experience...easy, effortless, stress-free. This was my experience at Bridge Water Acura...

I purchased a 2005 MDX elsewhere and serviced it at BWA for the last 3 years. Service was top notch. I met Michael Lasko and Sam Guindi when I purchased a 2007 TSX for my mom in June of 2010. Got her a great price with exceptional Svc! The Finance Managers are excellent too, helpful, not pushy at all! The whole process was ridiculously easy. About a month later in the blazing heat we had, one of her seats had split. With one call they sent a guy to her house the next day to repair it, she lives 40 miles away from Bridgewater! They make sure that every car that leaves their lot looks its best. They take a lot of Pride in their business.

I just traded my 05 MDX for an 07 CPO MDX on a busy Saturday. I had visited a few other dealers in the area, completely different experience. Again, Michael and his team made it easy. Absolutely no stress, no back and forth, no BS. I didn't even have any of my loan info with me, they did it all. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and a great deal on the one I drove home, with minimal negotiating. I just told them what I wanted, what I could do, and they delivered. Once we started they made me feel like there was never a doubt that the deal wasn't going to go through. I had a few special requests and they accommodated every one of them. Got there at noon with no appointment, looked around at the cars, took a long test drive while they evaluated my trade, and drove off in my 07 CPO'd MDX by 4pm. They detailed the car, to original perfection... And I consider myself "car crazy". It didn't even look like the same car I test drove. It looked new!

Finally, when I got home and drove the car in the evening, I noticed that the windshield had a million fine scratches and scuffs in it, making it very blurry and difficult to see. You couldn't see this during the day, but at night it was very pronounced. I emailed Micheal the next day and asked if he knew anyone who could get these fine scratches out, his reply was a quick, "Bring it in and I'll replace it".

I buy cars every 3-4 years and as long as I'm in NJ, I will never go anywhere else.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Having had a very bad experience in the past at an Acura dealership, I was hesitant to return to Acura. I am glad I did. The two salesmen, Sam and Sascha, I dealt with were both very helpful. Jeff Kasole, I believe a sales manager, was fantastic. While i am not a fan of the entire car buying "game" anywhere, these gentlemen at Bill Vince's Acura of Bridgewater made it a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, follow up calls from the GM and service department have been nice.
