Sam Master at R&H Motor Cars LTD

I am a true BMW enthusiast, so I thought before I met Mr. George Johnson. I met George four years ago when I first moved to Maryland. We test drove the C class and the E-class, wonderful cars. However, I purchased another 3-series BMW even after test driving In December of last year, I contacted George again, this time for my husband. Again, George was very helpful and willing to assist us on our purchase. Of course we went to two BMW dealerships, only to experience disappointment after disappointment. He opted purchased a Land Rover.

Last week, I decided to call George to test drive an E350. This time I knew that the car I test drove was mine. To confirm that I did not want another BMW, I test drove a 2013 5-Series which is a very nice car, but it was something about the E350 that keep drawing my attention. The next day I went to George at R&H Motors. George knew just what I needed to accommodate my lifestyle. He was professional, honest, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I have great confidence that this was the best option for me. The team was also wonderful. Everyone was so hospitable and kind. I am very pleased with the treatment and of course, the automobile.

The sales team at R&H Mercedes Benz was courteous, professional and knowledgable. Much of the paperwork had been prepared before we arrived at the dealership so completing the sale was quick and painless. The certified used car we purchased is immaculate and well maintained. The vehicle was priced fairly and competitively and the no-haggle approach made the entire process easy. We will certainly consider R&H for our next purchase and will recommend the dealership to family and friends.

The best experience in purchasing a certified used luxury vehicle. My sales agent, Sheldon Wollman, has been a superb sales person due to his calm selling manner not thinking only about his sell but most importantly his customer. Believe me, I should tell, because I could see even after sales, his attitude never change and thinks of clients satisfaction. The manager, Sam and the one in finance, Fran, showed an excellent customer service guiding me all the way to make my Benz purchase the best buying experience that I will ever had. Overall, Sheldon, Sam, and Fran, are one of the best persons I ever met in a car dealership making my purchase a smooth one.

JOSH CALLED ME WHEN THAT PURTICULAR CAR CAME IN THAT HE KNEW I WAS LOOKING FOR. HE WORKED THE NUMBERS, TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR US TO GET THINGS TOGETHER. WENT TO C. U., AND WE WERE DONE! Top notch service and genuine interest in finding me the best deal possible to get me in my first 'Benz. Likisha and Sam poured through their inventory and spent the better part of a day finding me the best fit for the best price and Fran was able to secure great financing for me. I will definetly be coming back for future purchases.

Entering the dealership Lakisha and Sam successfully worked and interacted with myself and my family surpassing all of my expectations as I purchased my new vehicle. Genuine concern for myself and my families needs was displayed the entire time. Working with Likisha,Dylan,& Sam has always been a great experience! I always feel like I am amongst friends at "Happy Hour"! They are a great team! Although, I dealt with all of them in one way or another regarding my E350 Coupe, but I must admit, it is so wonderful to see a woman so knowledgeable & passionate about cars. She was excellent!!

I enjoyed my buying experience. I had a large selection to choose from, and everyone was perfect. My sales person made me feel comfortable and not pressured. After the sales, Ms Pearmon-Jones called several times to see if everything was going well. I would recommend R&H Motors to my family and my friends.
