My husband and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out which car was best for us. We originally saw the Sportage and the Optima and Lakeland Regal Kia (right by our home) but were not incredibly fond of the typical "Car Salesman" that approached us. We decided to look at other options and wound up at Courtesy Kia in Brandon. Instead of being approached by a car salesman, we were approached by an incredibly personable man, Sam Rager. From the moment we walked in there until the following week when we bought our car and even the day after, Sam (and his managers) was more helpful then sales-y and that is the main reason that we drove all the way back out to Brandon to purchase our vehicle. I never felt like I was being pressured or being sold a car. Instead I felt as if I was being given the information that I needed and Sam's personal satisfaction of the Optima's. I must say, I am aware that I probably wasnt the easiest customer as I called Sam multiple times a day for a week with questions, and he handled it like a Champ!!!

Thanks Sam for a great experience. I will be reccomending you and Courtesy Kia to everyone I know looking for a vehicle!

Sam was amazing! It was my husbands and my first car that we purchased together and Sam made it flawless. We had a set price and expectations and Sam made it happen, WITHOUT sitting painfully in a small office for several hours waiting to see if it could happen. We had several choices in mind and Sam made it so easy to pick what was right for us. No matter if Sam was at Kia or not I would follow him when I buy my next car!

The customer service is the best we have experienced with dealerships. If for some reason Sam Rager went to another dealership rather it was Kia or not we would follow, he is that great! Our Finance person was just as good! Very unexpected. Thank you.

Sam was great, honest, and assertive in giving us the best deal. The dealership had a great variety to fit our needs and wants. i highly recommend going there and working with Sam for your next car purchase or lease.

great sales man .I am 57 years old and have never had a more honest and helpful salesman
as Samuel Rager. He went beyond to satisfy me.Made e feel like his family member.Was very thorough explaining what was going to happen and explained the car features in detail.I would give Sam a rating 150%.All dealerships should have a salesman like Sam,They would sale more cars"

I purchased a vehicle back in March from Sam, they were excellent! Sam especially understood how valuable my time was and made sure he only had me come in for the absolute necessity. There was no run around. I emailed that I was interested in a vechile, completed and online app, was contacted by Sam saying to come pick up my vehicle. IT WAS that simple. And they were able to work with my finaical mistakes in the past!!

Over the course of several days I have visited numerous car lots and just randomly decided to check out courtesy of Kia I want too interested at first until Sam recommended a car that fit my budget and I loved it, I got a very honest truthful response from him and his help to make sure my first car was perfect was amazing, I have already recommended several friends to go.
