Since this was the 4th Subaru we were buying, we conveyed to our salesman exactly what we wanted in a 2017 Outback and he produced one for us to test drive. We were able to get terms we were happy with and the deal was done. World Subaru employees Sam Spencer and Nicole Sciamarelli were knowledgeable and very accommodating during the whole process. I worked with Sam Spencer once before when I was purchasing my 2015 WRX. He was recommended by a friend who knew him well. I could not have been happier with the smoothness of the purchase then and of course, when my wife needed a new car, there was only one person I thought of to go to.
My wife is now hooked up with a 2016 Crosstrek and loves it. A quick email to Sam (on a weekend on his day off) got a response within a few hours. He's ALWAYS working hard for the customer, making sure you're comfortable. He works quick and efficient. I cannot sing his praises enough - he's my go-to guy.
Daniella gave Michelle a demo of the new car, making sure her phone was paired with the stereo, went over any controls in the cabin and made sure everyone was comfortable with the layout before driving it off the lot. I have been looking with desire at the Crosstrek for the past 4 years, but since my 2004 Outback(which I purchased at World) was running fine, I just couldn't justify the purchase. I had a mishap last week at night in the rain, which resulted in blowing two tires at 65mph.The police were amazed I was able to keep control of the car. I responded, "It's a Subaru"! I have a second car, but it's a convertible.Since I have a passion for kayaking, I could now get my beautiful new Crosstrek. I saw Sam Spenser, and Sam being Sam, even threw in the crossbars and new racks on my car! That's service! When I picked up the carI was completely intimidated by the amazing computer like features. Fortunately, World provides you with a complete tutorial given by a great young (and patient) lady, Daniella. She spent as much time teaching me all that I could absorb in the first hour. We all know how impatient our kids can get when trying to explain to those of us who were not born with iPads in our cribs. Not Daniella, she was extremely understanding and assured my that I could come back as often as I needed until I was comfortable with all of the functions. Sam was also great in prepping the car. He knew I had a kayaking trip in a few days and had the car ready a day in advance. Hope he enjoyed the picture I sent him from the water! Thanks again to Sam and Daniella,for all of their help!

I was very pleased with my overall experience with World Subaru from the being to the end. Everyone made my transaction go easy and smooth. They were more then accommodating to my needs, The sales manager Shane Henderson was even willing to drive the car 12 miles to my house so my wife , who couldn't come with me would be able to see it also. Nicole Sciamarelli, went over each button in the car and its purpose, she was very thorough. I must say as dealerships go this one is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of buying a car. Sam Spencer was my salesman and he was absolutely terrific, second to none. They detailed my car and even took out any little scratches there were to make the car as clean as humanly possible.. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

We can't say enough about his pleasant smile and patient attitude. There was no pressure. He was very helpful answering all of our questions and going out of his way to make sure the new car we ordered had everything we wanted. He kept in touch through e-mail about the arrival of our 2017 Forester and was always available by phone if needed. When delivery day arrived he made sure everything was in place and to our liking. Stopped in to talk to Sam Spencer about buying the second lease I got from him and as we were talking he was able to talk me into a 2017 outback. This is the third car I have leased from Sam at world Subaru and he made my experience very comfortable. If you are reading this I urge to go and talk with Sam Spencer at world Subaru and he will also make it confortable for you also. The car I leased was ready way before I was ready for delivery. But before I took the car Daniella Brisindi came out to my wife and I and explained the whole car to us. I can't believe all the options my car came with and now using them I am finding them easy to use thanks to Daniella. And yes I would go back to World Subaru again for a pleasure leasing experience.
