The service here was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Paul worked hard to make sure the monthly payment was where we needed it to be. Samantha did a great job helping us decide on a car. She was honest, unlike most car salesmen. I would gladly do business with this dealership again.

charles, samantha and michael were a joy to work with during an extremely emotional stressful time. they make a great team. everyone in the dealership was courteous and friendly. not only did i get the car i wanted, but the terms and details as well with no hassles or arguing...customer service at it's finest....would definitely recommend to others and return in the future.

I stopped in to the dealership looking for a new SUV and was lucky enough to meet Samantha. I explained what I was looking for including cost and features. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I had a lot of communication with Samantha over the next few days. I received a call from her telling me they had the car I wanted with all the features I was looking for being turned in. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for because of Samantha and Spitzer.

The car was awesome, but this was expected as it was the reason for the long trip to their location in the first place. Their warmth and friendliness was unexpected and very appreciated. They made my wife and I, who live nowhere near them, feel very welcome and right at home.

Their is no rating that would do their helpfulness justice. An absolute top-notch, A+ experience!

Regardless of how far I live from them, I will check their inventory before all others when in the market for a vehicle again.

Samantha was an absolute joy to work with. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and Spitzer made it an absolutely wonderful experience. They were friendly, honest and seemed genuinely concerned about superior customer satisfaction. They worked at getting me into the car that I wanted, rather than trying to sell me something that I really had no interest in. I live about an hour away, and Samantha answered every one of my questions over the phone with the utmost patience and courtesy. Going to pick up my car was well worth the drive.

I had to trade in two cars due to a divorce and Samantha and everybody else at Spitzer Mitsubishi made the process easy for me. Samantha was so nice and realy understood what kind of car I needed that I got the Outlander.

Nice people, clean dealership. Sam was very nice and very helpful. All employees were very polite and friendly, and they had good selection of cars. I was happy with the car I ended up with.
