My Review of Lester Glenn Hyundai:
My last new car was less then three years old and I hated it from the beginning. This time when I bought a car I was determined not to be talked into something I did not want. I called Lester Glen and spoke with Sam Fowler who answered all my questions on the car I was considering. The next day I went there and had a test ride in the car I wanted, all went well. The next step was finally picking the color of the car. After I had picked the color Sam found out that there were no cars in the model and color I wanted. He did not try to talk me into something I didn't want. He spoke with the sales manager about what I wanted. Between the two of them they were able to find the model and color of the car I wanted. The next day they called me to tell me they had the car. I was excited to get my car. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. I have to say the whole experience went well. Thanks to Sam and Ron I am the owner of a new Sonata. I would definately recommend the dealership and especially Sam Fowler.

Sam Fowler and Jay Greenberg were excellent in locating the vehicle I wanted and at the price I was willing to pay. There was no hard sell, they simply listened to what I said and found the exact vehicle for me. The dealership is clean and modern and the staff is knowledgable. I have had my previous Hyundai serviced there and never had any problems with scheduling appointments or the work that was done.
I have recommended this dealership to family and coworkers.

I came in on Monday, April 30 to buy my first new car. Sam Fowler helped me. He was great! At first I was unsure of what type of car I wanted to purchase. He was so patient and let me drive 4 different cars so I decide which model I liked the best. Then he went to great lengths to find me the color and the options I wanted. That took up alot of his time but he was patient and found it for me. He was very friendly and kind. I am so happy with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sam as the saleperson to go to when looking for a car. Thank you so much Sam! You made my day.

I came in for service on my sonata and so my 21 year old son could purchase his first new car. Sam Fowler was our salesman. He was awesome! He was so patient and kind. He went above and beyond to get the car my son wanted and it made his day. You have no idea what this meant to him. He is beyond excited with his new car. Lester Gleen has done it again with giving us a great deal and service. Everyone is so nice and accomodating to our needs. Sam you were the best! We will definately will tell our friends and family to come to you when they are ready to buy a car. Thank You!

I would like to say that my experience with Sam was very good. He was extremely helpful and worked with me, he didn't try to push anything on to me and new what I wanted and he worked towards my goal. He was very professional and extremely helpful. If I had to rate his experience and knowledge on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the righest number he would get a 10 from me. I would also like to say that my time at your dealership was great everyone was very helpful and nice to work with.

My Review of Lester Glenn Hyundai:
I orinally spoke with Chris on the phone. He was very helpful. He gave me a price for the car that I was interested in. I went to the dealership and met with Sam and Ron. There was a issue with the car I was getting. I wanted a automatic and the car was a manual transmission. They searched the lot and found the automatic. That car had a premium package. I was not getting the premium package on the car that I agreed to purchase. With the premium package and automatic transmiision the car was going to be about $3000 more. Ron came to me and told me that they would honor the original lower price that they had quoted me.There was no hassel or negotiating. Sam and Ron were great and a pleasure to deal with. Mike in the finance office was also very nice and I felt no pressure to purchase any extended warranties. My overall experience with Lester Glenn was great. I would definately recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

My Review of Lester Glenn Hyundai:
I found Mr Fowler extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He impressed me with his knowledge of his products and his willingness to go out of his way to find what we were looking for and not push what the dealer was pushing. In our search we had gone to 3 dealers prior to this and all did not have what we wanted and tried pushing what they had available, not spending more then a short time looking for our request. Mr Fowler spent over two hours running around to different lots and then went to another dealership to get what we we were looking for and then when Ishowed him. The quote I received for a " close to what we wanted" he matched it.
I would recommend Lester Glenn and especially Sam Fowler to anyone looking for a new car.

I made an appointment and the night before as a professional as he is Ron called to confirm and to see if i had any questions. when i arrived i met Sam who was and is very courteous took me to meet Ron. from that moment on Ron was very professional and told me i was in good hands with Sam. Sam answered any questions i had, he was helpful, made me feel comfortable there. he showed me exactly what i was looking for. i didn't feel that i was pressured at any time. true to his word i wasn't there all afternoon either. i've purchased at other dealers before and i can say that this is the best of all. i am very pleased with my new Sonata............. I took a ride over to Lester Glenn on Rt 37. I wanted to see the new Hyundai and I thought I could walk around without being noticed. No such luck. I was surprised when I heard a voice ask me if I needed help. Well I turned around and I saw this gentle giant with a big smile and sweet voice. This was Sam Fowler. The bottom line is I own a Hyundai Elantra . So between Sam and his numbers and Ron Garguilo's orange pen that was it. Very nice people to deal with. No hassel .

My Review of Lester Glenn Hyundai:
No headlocks , no arm twisting or the many other unpleasantries I have experienced with other auto dealers over the years .Initial contact was made in an email from Kim Larson because I had signed onto the Costco buying program.Very polite and courteous.When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ron Garguilo through the Costco purchasing program . He then assigned Sam Fowler as my sales representative who was very courteous and respectful . I had done most of my research through the internet before making two trips to Lester Glenn on Sundays when I could physically check out the cars before engaging in the buying process. So Sam and I took a ride in two cars . I was very impressed in the Hyundai quality and value . Then we sat down to go over the numbers . That's when Frank Simeone became involved to make sure I understood how the Costco program worked and showed me straight up honest numbers. After we agreed on a price Sherif Elbayer , Finance Manager , sat down with me to explain extended warranties etc. Over all they conveyed an up front honest way to sell you the car you want ! I did get a bit of writers cramp in Sherif's office after signing all the paper work associated with the deal . But in the end he was happy to take my money . Then I was led by Sam over to the ceremonial bell that took me three pulls to ring . By the way make sure you check out the picture on Frank's desk with a Striper Bass that's almost as big as he is ! This was the deal clincher ! Of course Sherif assured me that his fish was larger . Over all it was a great experience at Lester Glenn ! Thanks guys . David
