The outstanding staff of BMW of Tenafly earned my business and loyalty by providing friendly and uncompromising service. I have been working personally with client advisor Angelo Guerriero since I began shopping at the dealer, I can honestly say I have yet to meet an individual as exceptional as he at any dealer I have ever been to. I have spent many hours across the desk from my man Angelo, all of which have been a pleasure. He is a truly exceptional individual; I strongly recommend anyone considering visiting or working with the dealer now or in the future (regarding new or used car sales) to ask for Angelo in particular. Not only has my experience with the client advising team at BMW of Tenafly been exceptional, but my experience with service advisor Dominick Vitetta and appointment coordinator Sandra Pilavdjian has been nothing short of fantastic. He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) for the very next day! The repair shop's foreman drove with me in my vehicle to determine said issue. I was given a beautiful loaner for the day; the very next day Robert called for me to pick up my vehicle. Each time I purchase a car the Sales Rep makes me feel that my purchase was the most important thing to him at that time. The price is always competitive. I have a dealership 15 minutes from my home, but instead of using them I drive 1 and 1/2 hours to this dealership because of the relstionship I have developed over the years. John Collins is amazing! He is always honest, respectful, and professional. Any time I call him he calls me right back and has an answer for each question I ask him. He is one of the reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. Sandra Pilavdjian is another person who has made my experience with the dealership positive. When my car is being serviced she always arranges for me to have a loaner car without any delay. The cars are always clean and well kept. In addition, John Viola, Service and Parts Director, is another reason why I remain loyal to the dealership. He always makes the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience, and each time I emailed him he personally answered each one of them. They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is exceptional. On one occassion, I had just arrived at my office for an important morning meeting and was not able to put the rear window up on a morning that a "Noreaster" was forecasted for the NY/NJ metropolitan area. I called BMW of Tenafly and spoke to Sandra and explained that my power window needed to be repaired, but that I was not going to be free from my meeting until that afternoon and would not be able to bring the car in. I also expressed concern that interior of my car would be damaged during the storm since my window was down. Sandra told me to hold on and that she was going to find a solution. After a few minutes, Sandra came back on the line and told me that they were going to have someone drive to my office and pick up my car and drop off a loaner for me. I was speechless! My office is located about 35 minutes from BMW of Tenafly. I could not believe they would do that for me! They were able to pick up my car that morning and drop off the loaner before the storm started. My car was repaired and ready for pickup that evening after work. I would recommend this dealerhsip for all your service needs. They do exceptional work and really do go the extra mile to make the entire service process as painless as possible. She introduced me to Roland and GM Victor. They were amazing and helpful and most importantly very professional. I really liked working with them. Roland never pushed to sell a car and was very helpful and descriptive in what my options were. I really liked the deal they gave me and GM was so nice and friendly you could hardly tell he is the GM. Very nice again and professional if I can find any other words will add how great they were.
