Sanja Danicic at Crown Hyundai

Buying a car has always been akin to having a root canal you know your need to do it, but hate doing it. My wife and I visited 5 different car dealers. Each of them trying to sell me what they wanted me to buy.

Boy was I surprised when I went to Crown Hyundai. Sanja was a pleasure to work with and did something you do not often encounter. She listened!!! Instead of trying to up-sell me on a higher priced car, she found the exact car I wanted, We went on a test drive and I fell in love with car (Veloster).

Sanja and G R made the process enjoyable. It is the first time that I bought a car and did not feel that I was ripped off. I was treated as a valued customer before and after the sale, When I found a scratch on the rear of the car 1 week later. No questions asked they would fix it. I was provided a loaner car and Sanja called me to let me know she had my Gate Card at her desk that I had left in my car while it is being repaired.

I cannot say enough about Sanja. Not only was she very knowledgeable about Hyundai products, but was personal and did not have the arrogance shown by other car dealers . It was like having a trusted friend helping you. I have purchased over 10 cars in life and without a doubt this was my best experience.

I am very very impressed with Crown Hyundai. They are a class act.

I have purchased 6 cars in the last 5 years and this was by far my best experience! I thought I would have to settle for the smaller Accent but Sanja worked some magic and got me into a brand new Elantra loaded with options!! I never felt pressured and felt like Sanja truly put my needs ahead of everything else. I am absolutely thrilled and will recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Sanja!!

Sanja Danicic, is the top superior sales woman I ever met.She went out her way to find the best car/price that was suited for me.I couldn't thank her enough for it.I was so excited, considering it was my first car that I ever purchased.I am happy to say that Crown Hyundai was my first choice.Excellent customer service,the great hospitality that I received and overall I LOVE my car!!! They were very friendly,not pushy, Knew the product! got the price I needed monthly.
and what I wanted for my trade in. A good sense of humor always puts me at ease, They felt me out right and I felt right at home. This was my first Hyundai and they were a great help, all my friends and family said i did real good thank you! Steve and Sanji

Sanja sold me our 1st Hyundai Sonata 2 yrs ago and I just traded it in for a 2013. Sanja is wonderful to work with she is very fair, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Also, she spent alot of time showing me all the gadgets and details. Totally appreciate it! While we were there my husband was very interested in the Santa Fe and Sanja showed him all the details. He will be buying it in the near future and of course we will see Sanja. Also,down the road I may get a Genesis.

And the maintenance service has been excellent.

I recently purchased a 13 Genesis Coupe with Crown, and had a great first time buyer experience. Crown went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted in my new car and made it available at a great price. Sanja and Darius were extremely knowledgable on the vehicle I purchased. I had follow-up questions and both Sanja and Darius were very helpful and patient in explaining and showing us the vehicle's 'how to'. When I called to ask some questions about the leasing program I spoke with Sonja who answered all my questions and went to work on what I needed the same day.
She was in contact with me since I didnt live in St Pete daily. I gave her the information that I had and she called me back the very next day with picking out a car that she had.
I cant say enough on how I was treated there with the up most professionalism and the paper work with Danny was in and out in 10 minutes.
I am very happy with the new 2013 Sonata and will be back at the end of my lease to get another one.

Sanja is one of most professional sales persons I have ever dealt with in a car dealership.
We went to Crown Hyundai to test drive the 2012/2013 Sonatas, but we were also looking
into purchases either a Nissan Altima or VW.
We knew which car we wanted. We told her we wanted one with power seats, heated seats and no navigation.
We told her that we were just test driving and that we were still deciding which car we wanted.
She took us on a test drive explaining all about the car. When we got back to the dealership, I told her just how much
I wanted to spend. She said she could get us the price we wanted, and she said, to go test drive the other cars we
were thinking about and to keep in mind the warranty and gas millage the Sonata offered.
We went to their sister dealership, test drove the Altima, and told them the same thing we told Sanja. Before we
left the Sales Manager came over to thank us for doing a test drive, and proceeded to tell us why he thought we
shouldn't buy the Sonata, as in his words, they were a piece of junk. I was not impressed by his sales technique.
Again we left to test drove the VW. Not only did they not have what we were looking for, but again, the salesman, did
nothing but trash the Sonata and the Altima.
So after careful thought and consideration, we called Sanja the next day and said, "we'll take the white one".
We are so impressed not only with her professionalism in her selling her product and not bashing the other ones, we will
be telling everyone we know and will go see her when we are ready to trade in my MB E350.
Great sales team.

The services I received at crown Hyundai were above and beyond any dealer I had been to. They had the perfect vehicle for me, worked with me to help me get the best deal possible.
