Thanks for everything I trust the opinion of the service techs and know one really likes to go to the dealer and pay the high labor rate but when you want quality it cant be beat.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Its very atypical for me to post a review online but feel that often times in the automotive services industry most reviews are negative. I have had a great experience from the day I purchased my jeep last summer from Napelton. Although I have had some issues (electrical), Service Mgr Sara Abraham made sure I was informed of how long it would take to fix and even made a rental available when things didn't go as smoothly as we would of hoped (needed to order parts). She has been a joy to work with each time I am there for service and certainly an asset to their staff. I thank the whole team and it is great to know that my Jeep is in good hands and the work is done at a good price.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I have heard many friends and family members over the years describe in vivid detail how dissatisfied they were with the dealership they purchsed their vehicle from. The horror stories of overcharging and impolite representatives. I can say without a doubt This is not the case at Napleton's Northwestern. Since the moment I purchase my vehicle the personell have gone ABOVE and WAY, WAY BEYOND to make me feel welcome, respected, comfortable, and satisfied with my decision. In a world where customer service is all but extinct, Napleton's has more than exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I could not be happier.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I have been a dedicated Napleton customer for over a decade. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family as well, and, they have all been satisfied happy customers. Everyone whom I have dealt with there has been very courteous, helpful, kind, and attentive. I can picture their faces in my mind and I am reminded of the pleasant customer service they have given me time and time again whether it was buying the few cars I have bought in the past or bringing in my cars for service or bringing in a potential car buyer. I even feel guilty that I remember their faces but can not remember their names. The names that do stand out in my memory is Rob Crane, Sarah, and Susie. They have been very professional and considerate with my every whim as a customer. Very honest and accomodating to my needs as a car purchaser. Customers can be demanding and rude. I know since I work with the public in grocery retail for over 25 years. And I also know car dealerships can be piranas and eat you up alive. They take advantage of their customers meeting their own needs selfishly before meeting the customers needs. I know, I have been victimized by a couple in the past. But I can sincerely say I feel comfortable, safe, and content with the business Napleton has given me over and over again so duly in the past and know they will give me in the future. That is why from the moment I bought my first car back in 1999, I have stayed loyal and will continue to buy only from Napleton. Not only do they have new and used cars, good quality cars, acceptable prices, but a five star customer service experiance is what keeps making me come back.I tell all my friends and family, co workers, and anybody and everybody where they should buy their cars!Keep up the exceptional work and I thank you for being such a great business partner and friend for all these years.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The staff was very friendly and accomodating on a very busy Saturday. They even did 2 recalls on the car although I did not have it scheduled. They gave an accurate time frame when the car was to be finished. When I left the lot, I saw they forgot to replace my left lamp but they replaced it in less than 5 minutes without charge and apologized for the inconvenience. With how busy they were and the amount of work they did on my car, I was very pleased with the outcome.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I take my Wrangler here for the regular oil changes and some maintenance stuff. I always find their staff friendly and easy to work with. I have never had an issue with pricing. The service reps go above and beyond to help you fix your problems. I have seen some very, very rude customers come in and be completely belligerent and horrible. I honestly dont know how the service reps put up with that. I will happily bring my jeep here for years to come. They are fantastic to work with. I also worked with Brian West in the sales department to figure out what my wrangler was worth and was completely impressed with his easy going yet professional attitude. The mechanic I worked with also was very nice about showing me the dirty air filter and giving me an idea of how often to have them changed. Im always very happy with their work.
