My Review of DeNooyer Chevrolet:
We were greeted by Sara soon after we arrived. She was very professional, even under the severe weather conditions we were facing that day. {{Snow, wind and freezing tempatures}} She stayed late to finish the purchase and we appreciated that! {{almost 2 hours after closing time}} Thank you Sara!!!

Now for Ray........he made us laugh. He had a great attitude. We joked around and he made the finance part enjoyable rather than dreadful. Thanks Ray!!!


We have purchased our last 7 vehicles from another dealership down the road and we were on our way to their Chevrolet dealer in South Haven when we decided to just quick stop by your lot and check it out....we have now found our new dealership.

It was just a very calm, relaxed and enjoyable experience.

The dealership was amazing. The sales department was very respectful of allowing me time to decide if I want to lease or buy. Sarah showed me many option when buying my Cruze that I was unaware of, which helped me choose the best car for me. Sara was the first salesperson to greet us when we were looking for a 2011 Equinox. She was well informed and answered all of our questions and concerns. She helped us through the new vechicle ordering process to get the exact NOX that we needed.
After the sale, Sara went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our leasing account settlement.
We consider Sara a new friend and have already passed her name on to family and friends!

I test drove many cars and shopped many dealerships before stopping in at DeNooyer Chevrolet in Kalamazoo Mi. I knew the car i wanted but could not get the customer service i needed until i stopped in to DeNooyer's. I talked to Sarah Anable about the car i was looking for and she went to town to try and find it for me. She did not try and talk me into one of the other cars they had on the lot like every other dealership did. She got me my car the next day!!! I was so pleased with the service i got there that i ended up bying my car from them and am very happy i did. There was no pressure at all. The little extra services they offer are great as well, like free car washes, and tires for life!!! I bought a 2011 chevy cruze ls with the 6 speed manual from Sara Anable and am very impressed with the car and the sevice. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT !!!!

Sara Anable was great to work with. She went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the car we wanted after we test drove several models with various features. We definitely would buy from Sara again. We feel like we got a great deal and are very pleased with our new car. Every one at DeNooyer Chevrolet is very friendly and professional.
