I had an excellent buying experience at Miller Buick GMC. Adrian was knowledgeable and well informed about the products. We did a 39 month lease on a Lacrosse and were really happy with the payments. Love the car! We would recommend Adrian to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

We were greeted right away when we were looking for vehicles in the lot. Kevin was very friendly, helpful, and was not pushy. When we were close to making our decision we met Dan. Dan was very helpful in explaining the financing options. He also provided my husband with peace of mind in allowing us to rent the vehicle for the weekend and make our choice on Monday. The staff was all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In any sales business there is a certain level of negotiation and pursuasion, but at Miller it felt different and the staff did not pressure us in to anything, which was refreshing. When we closed on the vehicle/loan it was so nice to have access to the children play areas to keep our two little ones busy.

We dealt with Adrian over the phone and got a price and trade in deal. He didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted on their lot but found what we wanted and had it there the next day for us to purchase! That was impressive!! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly and offered a beverage while they called Adrian to let him know we were there. He's a great guy with a big smile and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Scott is such a nice guy and made the paperwork process easy to understand. He kept things light and fun and got us a great financing deal. We were very impressed with Miller Auto Plaza and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon about 45 minutes before closing time. We had worked with Adrian ahead of time on the price for a Buick Enclave. Upon arrival, Adrian was backed up with customers and introduced us to Justin who ended up completing the transaction. Our primary intention of this visit was to see what they would give us for our trade in, however we did end up going home with a new 2012 Buick Enclave that night.

Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions during the test drive. As is normal in car shopping, the value they were giving us on the trade in was too low. I told them what I felt was a fair price for it and instead of bickering back and forth he just went and got Bob (a manager) and we talked why I felt that value was fair. While I didn't get exactly what I had hoped, we were so close I was fine with the final value they gave us.

Once we arrived at the final price, Scott took over with all the paperwork that goes with buy a car. Scott did an excellent job explaining our options and finding a good rate.

All members of the deal team stayed well past the 6 PM closing time to get our new vehicle delivered to us that night. Scott and Jason stayed until about 7:45 without complaint. We felt bad for keeping this young men late, but they never once made us feel rushed. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday night when I am sure they had better things planned than working almost 2 hours past closing time.

As my wife drove her new vehicle home (we live about an hour away) we talked about how pleased we both were with how smooth the process was and an overall pleasant car buying experience.

I worked mainly with Adrian but had some interaction wirh Bob and I can say they are friendly not pushy but they are there to help and make you fell very comfortable. The whole process I had including trading my truck in was such a pleasure. The process in financing my truck with Scott also went very well and quick again nothing pushy but very informative for me to make a good decision.
The best experince I ever had so far (what a pleasure).

The salesman, Adrian S, was very personable to deal with being that I purchased this 2013 Yukon Denali XL over the phone. Very quick to answer my questions and got back to me in a short periods of time. One of the most up front dealerships I have dealt with. When this car was picked up, the transaction was expedient and ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership.

I will always recommend Miller Auto Plaza as THE place to buy a car. Their customer service is impeccable, everyone who was involved in my deal did everything possible to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for a very affordable price. They treated me like a person instead of just a customer, helping me buy what I wanted instead of trying to be pushy and sell me something I didn't. I really appreciated how adamant they were to make sure I fully understood all the features in my new vehicle, and I feel confident if I have any questions or concerns in the future the great staff at Miller will be there to help. I am a very satisfied customer, and after my experience I plan to be one for life.
