Our last 2 car buying experiences have been awesome thanks to Ray! Everyone we encountered at Taylor was friendly and they try to make you as comfortable as possible. We know, from previous experiences, that car buying can be a long, nerve wrecking process. But not with Ray, from the moment we stepped foot on the lot, we felt at ease. We're as happy with our 2nd purchase as we were with our first car from Ray and the Taylor crew. Thanks, guys, we will be seeing you again. :)

I was truly impressed with the exceptional customer service level that was provided to me by Tim Slattery and his assistant Seth, as well as Scott Clausing. These individuals made by car buying experience great and my visit to the dealership was very pleasant. Other personnel, including the General Manager, introduced themselves to me and made sure that I was comfortable while at the dealership. I was also highly impressed that Tim Slattery showed me around the entire dealership and introduced me to all of the departments, including the service department, so that I was comfortable knowing where to bring my car in for service if needed. I especially liked that Taylor Chrysler Doodge offers free car washes to customers. I would highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used car and I am confident that you will experience the same quality of customer service that I received.

We had excellent experience when we bought our vehicle today. We went in there with the wants of a certain truck, and we drove of there with that vehicle. Ray Marko was awesome! He did everything he could to make us happy and get us in the vehicle that we wanted. We would definitly recommend Ray and Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge, in Bourbonnais to others and will most definitly be doing buisness there in the future.

HAVING NOT BEEN IN THE NEW CAR MARKET NOW FOR SOME TIME, I WAS A LITTLE UNEASY ABOUT BUYING NEW, YET VENTURING FROM A FORD PRODUCT TO CONSIDERING A DODGE PRODUCT. I CAN HAPPILY SAY THAT TAYLOR C.J.D. MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ASSOCIATES (REUBEN MINTON & SCOTT CLAUSING) MADE THIS PURCHASE FEEL I WAS MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE. As soon as we walked in the door we felt like family. I have bought many cars from many car dealers and I can honestly say that this car buying experience was a pleasure. Tim Slattery met our every need and answered every question honestly and knowledgeably. No high pressure and no promises that he couldn't deliver. We arrived on a Wednesday at dinner time and were surprised just how busy they were -- now we know why. Tim wanted us to get the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. Then, when it was time to talk financing, Scott Clausing with his vast knowledge of lenders and resources was able to get us an unheard of rate. He explained everything thoroughly and we certainly felt like he was trying his best to get us the best financing available....which he did. We walked out happy and satisfied customers and will always go to Taylor first!

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
From the moment I walked through the doors at Taylor, I knew I was in for a different car buying experience than I was used to. I had lost my previous car to a fire and was already stressed about replacing it. I was introduced to Tim Slattery and from that moment on, I knew I had come to the right place. I never felt a "buying pressure" from him or any of his staff. They were all about helping me replace my car with something that I was truly satisfied with. Bryan Davis was very helpful with suggesting different options and letting me drive the different cars overnight to help in my decision.

Once my decision was made, Tim and Scott Clausing explained everything to me about my purchase and warranty options very thouroughly. They covered any questions I had before I ever got the chance to ask them. I will definately be making more purchases from Taylor Dodge!

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
I really hate having to shop for cars. But the people at Taylor Dodge really went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We tried three different cars, thought about it for nearly a week, and then went back to take a second look. Rubeben was friendly and very accommodating. When it came to the business of the deal, Tim was very respectful of our desires and needs. Because of the very busy day, the process went a bit longer than we anticipated. When we said we would go get some lunch and return later to conclude the deal, Tim insisted on ordering lunch from Friday's for us. That was really nice.

Scott actually made the financial part of the purchase into a very low-stress experience.

And I must add that the Service Department was in large part the reason we came to Taylor Dodge looking for a car. They have done an excellent job of maintaining our Town and Country which now has over 213,000 miles. Respectful, courteous, and the get the job done right the first time.

Taylor dealership has been in the Kankakee and Bourbonnis area for a long time. We have bought two new pickup trucks and two new Jeeps and now we are back to buy a Town & Country Van. The dealership is a very friendly dealership to walk into. There service department is very knowledgeable of the repairs to be done for a customer.

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
Customer Service: It was outstanding, Tim was a great salesman to get to work with. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything. He was knowledgable about each vehicle I was interested in and gave me everything I needed to make a knowledgeable decision.

Friendliness: Each employee greeted me with a smile and a hello or happy holidays. If i wasn't getting helped employees were eager to assist at all times.

Price: The price I got for my 2012 Dodge Challenger could not be beat by another dealership given the additional options I got and the discounts I recieved for being a military member. Great car for a great price. My warranty that I purchased cannot be beat either.

Overall: Excellent, If/When I by another Chrysler product I will definitely go to Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
