Best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. It was a no pressure and no-hassle experience. David Grinstead was a great salesman and provided a tour of the dealership to include the service section and car wash area. I would definitely use this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

Everyone was very helpful in helping me select the vehicle that best fit my needs. David and John throughly explained the vehicle pricing, tradein valuation and the leasing agreement. Since this is my first experience with a vehicle lease, I am very appreciative of their efforts in making the process a pleasant experience.

Michelle, the sales specialist, was friendly and patient when showing me the SUV I came in to look at. She was pleasant during the test drive and helpful throughout the whole leasing process. Marc, Paul and Scott were also great to work with throughout the leasing process as we were able to come to a fair deal for my vehicle trade in.

This was by far the bes car sales experience I ever encountered (my own and with my parents). The atmosphere was friendly, laid back, and there was no pressure. Frank was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He even helped us put our son's child seat in the new vehicle. Scott did a great job explaining the finances and made it it painless. I highly recommend Jack Maxton.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Frank Eliaspour was very respectful to me in that he looked at me directly since the vehicle was going to be in my name. Even though my husband was sitting right there, Frank made me feel like I mattered.

The employees of Jack Maxton have put a lot of time and effort into building strong customer relationships. This combined with their honesty, quality of service and products, is not only a pleasurable experience but the best value for your money. We have purchased 5 + vehicles from Maxton and don't have any desire to go anywhere else. When you find good hard-working Americans, you stick with them.

I visited Maxton Chevrolet back in April interested in purchasing a Volt in the summertime. I met David Grinstead and he was very informative, and allowed me to test-drive a volt that was on the lot without the normal pressure from a salesperson. He was very accommodating and respectful of the purchase time. I left and got a courtesy email thanking me for coming in. I then received a follow-up email later in the month of May (knowing that summer was approaching) and asking if there was anything he could do or find for me. I called and asked about one that was on the lot and he started the paperwork for me and had everything ready for me when I arrived. The entire purchase took around an hour (quickest in-and-out I have experienced buying a car, and this was my 6th new car purchase). Once that was complete, Dave sat in the car with me and explained all the controls and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving the lot.

I would definitely recommend Maxton and Dave Grinstead for friends or family interested in purchasing a Chevrolet in Columbus area.

I purchased a new truck from Jack Maxton last week. The entire process was stress-free and it was carried out as expeditiously as possible. I was able to drive home my new truck that day. I will recommend Jack Maxton to everyone I know, and especially Donna Edwards. Donna handled the sale for me and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way.

Jerry Flood was very professional and personable. We appreciated his knowledge about the Chevy Cruze and was probably the most knowledgable salesman that we ever dealt with. He was very good to explain everything about the car and searched for what we wanted. We would give him a rating of "excellent". We could tell he enjoys his work and meeting the needs of his customers.
