My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Through the years, I've chosen Duke for any service needs I've had with my vehicles and have never been disappointed. Yesterday (May 9th) as I was driving to work, I had car trouble and was on the phone with Scott Higbie a little after 8 am to drop my vehicle off. I shared I needed the shuttle to return me to work - Scott had Fred waiting for me upon my arrival. My check-in was quick and I was back at work in a very short timeframe. Scott kept me updated throughout the day and helped to resolve a recall issue that I was unaware of. He apologized when my vehicle wasn't ready same day due to having to order a part and gave me plenty of notice to make arrangements for alternate transportation. I have, again, been "Wow'd" by the worldclass service at Duke, and Scott made that possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and the consistency of communication the Service Department provides.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Over the past 20 years Mr. Scott Higbie has demonstrated his expertise, and service excellence providing me with peace of mind driving with my family in the city or highway. He is consistently friendly and most importantly trustworthy in his recommendations for maintanence, repair, and purchases.
Mr. Scott Higbie has guided my service of at least 5 General Motors automobiles flawlessly. In addition to his knowledge of automobiles, his knowledge of computers enables him to provide an overall encompassing wealth of information specific to my case.
Finally, I would simply say that Mr. Scott Higbie can be relied on as a man who is honest,and trusworthy. From headlight to tailpipe he knows General Motors cars and he knows how to convey what he knows is right to the customer in a friendly manner.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
I have had direct experience with Duke since 2004, having bought and serviced 3 different vehicles. Having purchased and owned over 12 vehicles in the last 35 years, Duke, hands down has been the BEST dealership I have EVER purchased an automobile at have have 100% of the time received the most competent and friendly service. The Duke crew is competent, friendly, thorough, and genuinely interested in providing me exceptional service. I attempted to use Colonial Chevy for 2 quick repairs to my XUV but the repeatedly failed. I returned to Duke and won't waste my time and money with Colonial or other VA dealers. For those of us customers over in Norfolk (and beyond), the loaner car assistance is superb and it makes it infinitely easier to service my vehicles at Duke. Please keep the loaner car convenience. The little things: employees neat, clean, professionally dressed, friendly, and helpful to the max. The service facility is well lit, clean, and neat. The parking lot is clean and well arranged with vehicles parked neatly and smartly. The reputation of Duke, from Lydia on down is solid gold in my book and I recommend Duke to many, many people for GM vehicle sales and service. 5+ on a scale of 5. I'll put all of this in hard copy writing if desired. Thank you again. Keep up the fantastic work. Pass my thanks to th service dept. I'm thinking of a CTS and Duke will be my dealer. He does a great job explaining all the work that was preformed on the vehicle and lets you know what other maintenance may need to be done during future visits. I trust and count on the services provided at Duke Automotive. Scott Higbie has been exceptionally helpful in scheduling and managing not only my own SRX and Silverado service needs, but also my elderly mother's vehicle. Since I travel a lot with my job, it's important to know I can contact Duke and have her Buick Rendezvous picked up and delivered from/to Lake Prince Woods Retirement Community.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Ever since my husband purchased his cadillac at Duke some years back, I have had my Volkswagon Beetle and Toyota Yaris serviced there. The employees there are very hospitable; the lobby and waiting room are very clean and inviting. I have yet to experence an arrogant employee...everybody is very congenial. I commend Scott Higbie for his great advice; he has a beautifu personality! He definitely reflects concern for the customers and they know them on a one to one basis. Yes, Duke Automotive is the place to go for any type of car!!! Love the refreshments that's served there too (smile)!

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Duke has serviced my Cadillac CTS for 6 years. Also bought a pre-owned Pontiac Grand Prix from them in 2009. Scott, Ashley, Tiffany, all of the Duke service team have consistently provided exemplary service and courtesy on every service call. They treat you as they would like to be treated if they were the customer. Earlier this year, I was vacationing in SC and my vehicle's "check engine" light came on so I went to a local Cadillac dealership. After a diagnostic check, the dealership indicated I needed $1600 worth of service, even on items I had checked prior to departing for the trip. At this point, I began to feel I was being taken advantage of in being a out of towner. I placed a call to Scott and he talked me through what may have caused the light to come on, based on his knowledge of my vehicle, and assessed if I would be ok to drive back to VA. When I returned to VA, the Duke service team re-examined the items the SC dealer said I needed. Their report was inacurate. In fact, they have not been replaced months later.
This is just one example of how they consistently look out for their customers and why I don't let anyone else work on my vehicles.
