I have bought many vehicles over the years from several dealerships. I found Criswell Chevrolet almost thirty Years ago. Every purchase I have ever made there (almost 20 vehicles) has been excellent. I pas dealerships. I found Criswell Chevrolet almost thirty Years ago. Every purchase I have ever made there (almost 20 vehicles) has been excellent. I pass over six Chevrolet dealerships every day going to and from work, but I drive forty five minutes out of the way to go to Criswell Chevrolet and it is worth it every time. Sales People, Service People and other employees have been pleasant to deal with and have gone out of their way for my families needs. When it came to pick up and go through the purchasing process, there was no pressure to add-on extra programs at closing. The staff was so kind and courteous. Most of the employees are long tenured and proud to be part of the staff. The business manager who did the closing was very proud of the culture, and it showed. Our sales person, Scott Lestrange, was exceptional. The entire experience was top notch. They made sure to make the experience what it should be; fun and enjoyable......it felt like a celebration the day we showed up at the dealership to pick up our vehicle.
