We were in touch with Scott for several months and had made contact with him months ago at the Palm Harbor dealership. He showed us severeal vehicles as we were contemplating trading down from our GMC high-top. He was very honest and informative without pressuring us on a specific vehicle or time to buy. In December we purchased a Buick Enclave and are very happy with our decision and Scott's assistance.

I pass the Clearwater location every morning looking at the wide selection of vehicles. I spotted a great looking truck on the lot on my way to work. Once home did an internet search of that truck. I was in contact with Scott McCallum and looked at the truck. Needless to say I purchased it. Scott was great to work with. Very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure everything smooth. As a matter of fact everyone my wife and I came into contact with was great, right down to the receptionist.

We worked our deal via Internet and Scott MacCallum was very prompt and honest in the information he provided. He searched the state to find the vehicle we wanted and so far we love our 2012 Terrain. Mike Croker made the financing part of the deal painless and Dan Small made sure everything was moving smoothly. I have purchased a whole bunch of cars in my life....at no time was the service, hospitality, honesty, and professionalism any better than this time...Scott, Manny, and Dan (he will tell you all about his new glasses) all treated me fairly, and with respect.....all question were answered promptly and with a concern that I understood the answer.....I would recommend Dick Norris to all my family & friends....they want to sell the car, but they also want it to be fair, and right, for all........(a BIG shout out to Joe up in Palm Harbor Dick Norris for his promptness at answering all my internet questions and coming up with a quick quote!)

Dealt with Scott through the whole process. Most of the deal was done via internet and on the phone as my schedule is very demanding. Scott was always quick to reply to my emails and questions and very courteous and respectful. A deal was struck and when I went into the dealer to pick up the vehicle there were no surprises and everything was very smooth. In and out in just a little over and hour. Scott is very easy to deal with and does not give the air of being a stereotypical "salesman" at all. Puts you right at ease.

I dealt with Scott MacCallum (Internet) and had a great experience. Very friendly and, most importantly, upfront about everything I asked about. No big surprises!! While in the dealership it was nice to see Dick Norris himself out and about and speak to the customers. Upon delivery they were very thorough in going over the3 vehicle, it's controls and amenities. This dealership was recommended to me by a family member and it turned out to me a great referral.

If your looking for a GM product (and even if you don't think you want GM) give this dealership a try!

Extremely satisfied with this dealership. Is was a pleasure to deal with Scott.
Everything possible was prepared when i came over to take delivery of my new Verano.
Would do it again although I live 130 miles away.
