This is our first Toyota vehicle. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we ever had. Scott is a great sales person. He made it happen for us. John was also very helpful in getting us the best financing options possible. Leslie was great too. Overall, my and I went home that night feeling satisfied and at ease, Thanks guys. My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I bought a 2011 Camry from Scott Nannini, Fleet sales rep. Scott didn't pressure me to buy after I test-drive the car. He continued to work out a deal with me over the phone, and he was friendly and helpful. He kept me inform while waiting for the arrival of the car. On the day I picked up the car, Scott gave me a better price. Lee answered all my questions and made signing of the paperwork ran smoothly.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We worked with Scott Nannini in the Fleet department. I dealt with Scott over the telephone. I gave him the specs of the Tacoma that we wanted to purchase. Scott didn't have one in stock. He found the truck we wanted and it was on their lot the next day. We purchased the truck that night. Scott was very professional and had great customer service. He is a no pressure salesman. We believe that Scott gave us the best price he could and with no back and forth dealing. He did his best to make the paperwork process as smooth as possible. The price we agreed upon stayed the same. Kenny Hoang made signing the paperwork very easy and answered all of our questions.
We would definitely recommend Elk Grove Toyota.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I worked via email with Scott Nannini, Fleet Internet Sales Rep. I had a fairly restrictive set of specs for a new Tundra.....you wouldn't find the truck I wanted on any given car lot, but he matched my specs, with a few extras thrown in (I'm starting to really like the back-up camera) ......in Bishop no less....350-miles away. He had it at the dealership in two days and we closed the deal.
The price was fine for what the truck came with.....and they paired up my Motorola Curve with the bluetooth before I left.

2nd truck I've bought from this dealership....the first being a Tacoma in 1995. They know how to do business.

We went in with quotes from the USAA car buying program, figuring we could talk them down to the USAA price for a new Prius. Not only did Elk Grove Toyota match that price, but they offered us a better financing deal.

Worked with the fleet manager on specs and pricing before I went into the dealership. When my vehicle was ready, all I had to do was go in and sign the paperwork. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I did no have to renegotiate when I went in.

We handled the lease of this new Camry over the phone! They gave us EXACTLY what we wanted and we were more than satisfied!! Plus we got the amount we wanted for our trade-in.
The transaction was Flawless!
Even Lee in finance was great to work with.
This is the 13th car we have bought and our first Toyota. And it was the easiest transaction of them all!!!
