Scott Reyes at Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I visited Crossroads Chrysler on the morning of November 3, 2011 (I came for the winter months (4) from Chicago). I rented a car for my trip. My Dad had already looked for a car for me at Crossroads and had made contact with Scott Reyes. I saw a car, 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited Edition that I really liked, therefore, proceeded to purchase, filling out paperwork, etc. The staff was very attentive during my time of waiting for processing, signing, etc., making sure I was comfortable with snacks, beverages and service (everything was clean and in order) By the afternoon, I had purchase my beautiful car. I kept in touch with Scott and visited there a for a couple of oil changes, balance tires, overall checkup of my car and car washes. When I went in for a third oil change, I saw Scott, selling cars, of course. We talked and he gave me a great deal on a WHITE 2013 Chrysler 200 S, that had more features than my 2012! I said I'll look at it, but not right now. He was very polite and said if you want to wait a little longer, that's fine. Well, I kept looking at the white 200 and all of its features, I was thinking about it and thought "why not now." Well, by the evening time, I was driving away with my White 2013 Chrysler 200 S! I love my car, its great on gas, lots of comfortable room, rides beautifully and I love it! Scott and the staff at Crossroads are friendly, experience, kindhearted, great to deal with when making these kinds of purchases. After living in another state and coming here for a few months, I don't believe I would have been able to purchase a car anywhere else after being in town for 24 hours! Many blessings to the staff at Crossroads Chrysler! My brother purchase a vehicle from them also! He loves his car, too!

I bought a new 2013 dodge durango from Scott Reyes and he was great, very friendly and courteous to my needs and wants in a new suv for my wife. The dealership was very clean and even had computers to keep the kids occupied while we did paper work and got everything finshed up. I believe I may even trade my truck in soon for a new ram.

I went into the service department and had an issue but, the General Manager was VERY quick (like 15 minutes) to contact me and resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with the resolution of my problem. I even bought a new vehicle from them. Very friendly and very eager to make sure it is a good experience. I did not feel any pressure to buy like other dealers. They actually made it feel like they were there to help me. In fact, I might go trade in my truck for a new one soon too.

I am very thankful for the Crossroads employees that assisted me with my recent vehicle purchase. They were very friendly and caring and were very professional with me during my car buying experience. I chose this dealership because of its location but once I was there and began interacting with the employees, I felt very welcomed and appreciated their patience. I have made many vehicle purchase before but I must say that Mr. Reyes was the best sales associate that I have ever dealt with. His personality and professionalism was very instrumental in my decision to purchase a vehicle from Crossroads. Again, I'd like to thank him and his team for assisting me with my recent car buying experience. I would surely recommend others to Scott and the Crossroads team.

Scott Reyes is almost like family. He found me a van 3-4 years ago and remembered all the info. Purchesing this 2012 Chrysler, Scott was very helpful. Not once did it feel like I was being puched into buying it. Scott was very knoligable and showed me meny little tricks on the van.
If this man treets other customers like me, DON'T loose him. He is a credit to the company.

The salesmen are down to earth people that stay over extra hours to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. They not only put me in a nice vehicle (2012 Dodge Caiber sxt), but they also put me in a vehicle that was just right financially for me. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from them. We purchased a Dodge Caliber from Scott in 12/2010 and a Chrysler 200 from Anthony in 5/2011. Both of them were very helpful and patient as they tried to meet our special needs for car features. We are very pleased with both vehicles which are well-designed and easy to operate ... especially for someone with limited hand strength/dexterity and arm strength/range of motion. We have always found Chrysler products to be superior for us as we shopped around and tried out other makes. We have also had a lot of positive comments on the appearance of the Chrysler 200. Even though it is similar in size and general appearance to other makes, it does stand out with its various trim details and the beautiful metalic blue color. One other thing we like about CrossRoads is their sponsoring Christian messages on local TV on special days. It takes a great deal of faith and courgage to do that in this day and time.
