Both of my parents have bought from Jon Lancaster in the last two years and we have always had Toyota's as the family cars, it only seemed right that I two bought a toyota. Scott was perfect at directing us and helping us get the car that I wanted. My family and I had done a lot of research before hand and he gave us exactly what I wanted and at a very good price. I would recommend Jon Lancaster and thier services.

The process that Scott Schrimpf and Matt in finance presented was very professional. I was greatly surprised to get the acceptance with the financing and am glad it did not take as long as with my wife’s new Toyota. I have found that getting this vehicle from your dealership has shown a higher level of knowledge and understanding of services to customers, which give them a more relaxed experience in making the right decision. I found that Scott Schrimpf was helpful in the whole process and should be commended along with Matt in finance in both vehicles that we have purchased.

I searched online for a 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero on AutoTrader across the entire US and found one at Jon Lancaster Toyota having the color and features I wanted at the best price. Working with Scott Schrimpf over the phone was a very positive experience, he was direct, patient, and very helpful with all my questions. In person, Scott as well the entire operation was a class act. I appreciated their help in getting the best financing and providing all the information I needed to feel good about buying this car. This was a very easy, pain-free, positive car buying experience.

We went in looking for a used vehicle and came home with a Brand New One.
We will go back in the future. This was our second purchase from Jon Lancaster in the last two years. Shopping here is much easier than other dealerships in Madison. Everyone was so friendly.

I'll start this with the price. This dealership was very upfront with their pricing. I told Scott that we had looked at many cars and had decided on the Venza. Without asking the price that I got somewhere else he gave his best price. After the deal was aggreaded on Scott emailed all the information right away. At the dealership we were met at the door. The paper work went smooth. It was a very pleasant process, friendly and informative without undue pressure to purchase any extras. The overall experience wall great. The entire building is really nice and even salesmen not working with us would ask if thay could get us something to drink or snack on. We had a great experience and would definatly recommend/return to this dealership and Scott Schrimpf our salesman.

My overall experience was good, no complaints. Scott was very helpful and I appreciate his help and efforts in getting the right car for me with the options I wanted. buying a new car is very stressful for me so no experience can ever be considered great.
