I am very happy with the service that Flemington BMW offered. When I called on a whim, I was fortunate enough to get Scott Smith. He was extremely accommodating and flexible. Scott and Howard made the purchase go quickly and efficiently. Even after I purchased my vehicle and had a minor problem, Scott was there to help (9:30 at night). He followed through to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership or Scott.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I went into Flemington BMW to shop around before knowing what car I actually wanted to buy. I met Scott Smith who was terrific to work with. He was nice and friendly and very knowledgable about BMWs. Scott listened well and was really helpful in educating me about BMWs and helping me in the decision process, without any pressure. Scott followed up via email in a very comprehensive manner, giving me all the information I requested and in a very timely manner. When I finally decided to buy, Scott again was there to help. He didn't rush the process and was very helpful in dealing with final pricing, options, and everything that needed to be arranged. He brought Howard Fromm into review pricing, finance options and reviewed several analysis on different payment methods etc. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with. On pick up day, Scott arranged to have me picked up from my home and brought to the dealership. He spent a great deal of time reviewing all the paperwork as well as features within the car. Howard was also helpful in making last minute changes to some financing items. All in all it was a great experience!!!

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I recently leased a 2012 BMW 1-Series from Flemington BMW. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend both the dealership and the individuals who worked with me.

I live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and could have done business with several dealerships that are closer to me. I ended up leasing from Flemington for several reasons. Cindy Hughes' response to my auto club pricing inquiry was timely and courteous. Scott Smith's follow up to various questions I posed via email were thorough and helpful. When I visited the dealership to finalize my decision and "sign the deal" Scott was very professional, clearly focused on making sure I was happy with both my car choice and the terms of the lease. Finally, when I visited to pick up the new car, both Scott and Howard Fromm were very helpful and informative about various car care and repair options available to me, but there was no pressure to sell me options that I decided I didn't want.

All in all this was the best car buying experience I've had. I would recommend Flemington BMW to a friend and will return there next time I'm in the market for a BMW.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
When looking for a new car, I want to make sure to work with a dealer that is least stressful. That is what I found out about Flemington BMW and Scott. I came in late afternoon, one hour before closing. Scott still patiently explained to me every features and took me for a test drive. I felt very comfortably and there was no pressure for purchase. When I decided on the car, Scott and Becky stayed late to finish the paper work. Because I could not find a ride to pick up the car next Monday, Scott offered to deliver the car at my house, after I came back from work. Additionally, I found out later that Flemington BMW offers free pick up and delivery service. That is a great time saver for me. I am not sure if there is anything else I can ask both Scott and Flemington BWM to do better.

Our new car arrived ahead of schedule in perfect shape, and Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He also spent a lot of time reviewing the features of the vehicle. Furthermore, the transaction was hassle-free and effortless. Howard Fromm was totally prepared with the finance paperwork on our purchase, and there were no surprises. My Review of Flemington BMW:
What a pleasure it was dealing with Scott.

In spirit of full disclosure I'm a repeat customer of Flemington BMW so I was inclined to go back to them when buying my new 2012 3 Series.

I had initially done a test drive at another dealership and had a less positive experience (see my review). I walked away from there determined I was going to buy a new BMW (the car sold itself). I did some on-line shopping and gave Scott a complete configuration of what I wanted. Flemington matched the price that they needed to. I was able to complete the entire transaction on-line sending scanned copies of the order. Mine was a custom order and I knew with it being a new model that I would wait a while for it to come in.

I never felt pressured dealing with Scott. He's extremely responsive via phone or e-mail (my preferred communication mechanism).

When I picked up my car there was, of course, the obligatory attempt to upsell on extended maintenance, PDR (paintless dent removal) and a few other things. However, nothing beyond what you will get from any other dealer and a lot less than you will get from most.

I highly recommend Flemington, in general, and Scott in particular.

I visited several dealership before I walked into flemington BMW and met Scott. He is so friendly and gave me many useful suggestions on what features to look for in a car. He patiently helped me picked out my first BMW. He offered me a very good deal and helped on every aspect to make the buying process easy for me. When I went pick up the car, Scott showed me all the features in the car and helped me set up the car exactly the way I wanted. I don't think anyone can be as detailed as Scott! It was a pleasure to do business with him!

I came to Flemington after having a very bad pre buying experience at a Princeton BMW dealership. When I contacted Scott Smith and I told him about my experience, he was more concerned with me not making a bad decision then if I bought a car with him. Scott was very professional and patient. He took the time to explain the whole buying process and made sure I was happy. On delivery day Scott would not let me leave until he was confident I understood all the features of the car. Byron and Howard also went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and explain the process. They say the BMW gives you the ultimate driving experience. Well Flemington BMW gave me the ultimate customer service experience!!
