Scott Smith at Flemington BMW

My wife and I have worked with Scott Smith in the past, when we bought our 1st BMW, so it was a no brainer when it came time to bay a new one. Even though I did not have an appointment (on a busy Saturday) Scott found the time to work with me. At the end of the day I left with a new 335i. It is always a very pleasant buying experience at Flemmington BMW. We found all of the employees to be friendly and helpful, even if they were not dealing with you. Scott was very professional and easy to work with we received a fair price for our trade in and a great price on the vehicle we purchased. Scott on a Saturday afternoon, stayed in constant contact with us as we went through the sales process. Great personality and a pleasure to do business with. Buying a car can be a time consuming experience. In this case, it was not. We appreciate the no nonsense and speed in closing the deal. We highly recommend this Scott and this dealership.

Flemington BMW’s a place that is very appealing, a place to bring friends, co-workers and family members. The ambiance receive at the door was great, felt like everyone at the dealership, where willing to help me. The place is pleasing and very clean.

At Flemington BMW’s the employees were very friendly. At soon as you enter Flemington BMW dealership an employee was ready to help, first I was asked by the receptionist what I am looking for, then referred to a client advisor named Scott J. Smith. Moreover, until I found what I’m looking for, the client advisor was not giving up on me. This is one the reasons I am giving Flemington NJ a five out of five stars. I found the car I was looking for at a price I am able to afford, drove it home the next day.

Before I purchase the car everything was explain to me thoroughly on how much the car worth and how long it will take me to pay the car in full plus the interest rate. I was very confident in the information that the Business Manager Becky Kosar was giving me. I feel like she understood what was she was talking about and was able to give me good advice; I did not doubt her for one second.

If any of my friends, co-worker or family member where looking to buy a BMW I would definitely referred them to Scott and Becky Kosar at Flemington BMW because I know they will help them find a BMW that they will find desirable. Scott was so eager to help me find a car; until I found the car I was able to afford he kept showing me many options. He was very patient, I felt no pressure. I was confident if I did not buy a car the welcoming atmosphere would stay the same on the way out.

After all what I like the most is the way they treat me after buying the car. For instance I have free car wash and free vacuum the life of my car. After more than a month of driving my BMW I have no complain what so ever about their service.

It was a very positive experience. I was able to come in and within a few hours, I left with the automobile I wanted at a fair price. Scott also took the time to set up some of the personal settings in my X5. This is the fifth BMW my wife and I have purchased since 2003 and we will be back again in the future.

Great Individual. Friendly and Patient. Follows up on enquiries but not pushy. Does his homework and makes suggestions based on his experience. We recommend Scott if you are looking for a BMW. We bought an X5 with his help.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. They treat you like a human being, not like a wallet that most dealers are trying to empty. Scott and Becky were very helpful in purchasing the car and also after the sale. There was no pressure to purchase other unnecessary options from the dealership, as other dealers have tried to do to me in the past. They offer a fair price on, in my opinion and many others, the best car on the planet. After I had settled on a price with Scott, I expected to be transferred to another employee to finalize and increase the cost of the car. This happened to me at other dealers I have been to in the past. Not this time. The paperwork was just as agreed on, no hidden extra costs. As for the car, my 335i M Sport, the M can either stand for M Sport as BMW calls it, or Magnificent, my name for it.

From the very beginning, Scott Smith and Howard Fromm both set me at ease and handled my one million+ questions without hesitation. There was no haggling or lack of transparency, and at no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Scott and I met to see the car, discussed and discovered the mulitude of bells and whistles and dilgently followed up with any issues I had before handing over the keys. Although I came in with financing already set up, Howard quickly beat the rate I had, saving me dollars from the onset. After the purchase, Scott answered emails and calls in record time, making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. If every car dealer was like Scott, the world would be a better place!

Although Flemington BMW is about an hour from where we live my wife contacted the dealership to inquire about a used car she saw on their website. She was put in contact with Scott Smith and we are so happy to have dealt with Scott. No pressure and honesty was what we got from Scott. He was always available to take our calls with questions and quick to get us answers. The trade in and sale was quick and smooth. We spent most of our time at the dealership getting to know Scott by talking about kids, college, work and life in general. We have been to many dealerships over the years and dealt with many salespeople but none as friendly as Flemington BMW and Scott Smith. I would recommend doing business with Flemington BMW and Scott and its worth the ride. Scott is dedicated to serving his customers and it shows.

Referred to Scott by a colleague of his at another dealership. He took care of us from the moment we walked into the show room. Very helpful and informative test drive that enabled us to evaluate our options and make a decision. He kept us well informed throughout the car's build, finish and delivery. Was proactive in requesting information in advance of paperwork and pick up. Scott took care of programming our information into computer, phone system and satellit radio. Spent quality time reviewing the car's systems and features. Is available at all times by cell phone if we have questions or need additional help. Great customer services and experience!
