Scott Sprout at Dick's Mackenzie Ford

Scott Sprout was outstanding to work with start to finish. We have purchased muliply vehicles from Dick's MacKenzie Ford and they always have a great inventory of vehicles to choose from. Their "You make the trip, we'll make the deal" attitude makes the car buying experience an easy one. My daughter love's her new Ford Focus and cant wait to take it on her first road trip.

I needed to get a larger vehicle and my daughters picked the 2013 Ford Exploer. We popped in to Dick's on our way to dinner and was met by Scott Sprout. We looked around at some of the cars and decided to come back on the weekend when it was light outside. Upon arriving at the dealership and being met by Scott again, we went out and looked at the new 2013 Explorers on the lot. We took one for a test drive and loved it....then the paperwork began. After a little bit of time we were approved and are now owners of a new vehicle. My husband went in a couple of days later and traded his Ram 1500 in for a Ram 2500. Okay belive it or not the following weekend my daughter went in and traded her 2005 Hyundai for a 2012 Ford Focus with all the bling.

Went in to look at a car we found on-line. Walked around the lot looking for it, and went inside before being approached to be helped. Scott was very nice, drove us to their second lot to look at the car. Test drive was great, loved the car and got it. The buying process was a little long, they ran my credit vs. my dad's, he was the one buying the car. Still wasn't that bad, Scott even drove to the second lot another time to see if they had a second key. The car was clean and shiny when I drove it off the lot, and they filled 1/2 the tank since it was running out of gas. Overall the experience was good, the price was terrific and I love the car.

I am very happy that I decided to come to Mackenzie Ford today. Our sales person Scott was very efficient,knowledgeable and his interest in helping us make a good decision was genuine. Outstanding customer service we received today! Signing the contract was very easy to understand as Darwin made all details very clear. Great experience buying a new car here. Scott was very respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. Thanks for cleaning up our new car before we drove off. It was a bit dirty from the previous test drivers, but you did a great job of getting him shining again.

This was an enjoyable experience overall. Scott and Ryan were helpful and informative. They listened to our needs and tried to make it happen without all the pressure and frustration. We rated the overall experience as ok because we felt that more could have been done to make this a perfect experience including filling the gas tank (it was only a 1/4 filled) and finding or giving us the second key to the vehicle. Now, we have to find one and have it programmed which could be very costly. Overall we love our new car and feel as though we made a good deal. We will most likely be back when it's time for our next car.

We went in to purchase a new work truck for my husband and decided to look at a new/used family vehicle also. We has a great experience with the staff, they were friendly and very educated with all the answers to our many questions. They were also very patient with our two young children. I am very pleased with all the aspects of our service today and I would buy a car at Dick's any day! However, we did leave with two new cars today so I'm sure another purchase is far into the future! But, I would recomend Dick's Mackenzie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!

We popped in on a Friday night to search for a replacement vehicle after a recent car accident. Scott Sprout showed us everything we were looking to see and then introduced us to a car I had never even heard of. He had a used one in great condition for a great price. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient. From the first visit to the last took 5 days. He applied no pressure and allowed us to clearly consider what would be the best car for us. We are pleased with the overall experience of purchasing a car through Mackenzie Ford.

My husband and I went to Mackenzie Ford first in our search for a new car and intended to visit other dealerships as well. However, we found just what we wanted at Mackenzie. Scott Sprout was great - he was very helpful, knowledgeable and had a very nice, no pressure manner. Together with his manager we were offered a very good price for the vehicle we purchased. Before papers were signed Scott made sure to go over all aspects of the car and introduced me to the service staff. All steps in the process of purchase were done efficiently and proffessionally. Superior experience for us. We needed someone to help us feel confident and "safe" in purchasing a new vehicle. Scott was the ONE. Together as a couple, we had a fear of purchasing something new because we had not done this in over 30 years. Soctt Sprout showed eagerness to help us, but he was sure in his information but definitely not pushy. We did not feel pressured what so ever. He spoke in a vocabulary that we could understand and we were confident that he had the customers' best interest at heart. We will definitely commend and recommend Scott and MacKenzie Ford to our friends/relatives. We trusted Scott enough to drive from Troutdale to Hillsboro [not exactly around the corner] to purchas our vehicle. IF we ever need another vehicle, we would use MacKenzie Ford again.
