This was my second purchase of a Hyundai through Wise Auto Mall. As with the first purchase, my experience was exceptional. I knew from my own research that the car is one of the best in its class. Scott Tell and Brad Miller at Randy Wise put together a great lease to make the buying experience outstanding.

Scott Tell was very helpful and not at all pushy. He asked questions prior to looking at the models and directed us to WHAT we wanted, not trying to sway us into another direction. We truly came in to check out the models we were interested in and for the "FACT" of his sincerity, it led us to purchasing the vehicle within one hour of us being there.

I am truly happy with Randy Wise service department and ecstatic with our new vehicle. Well done Randy Wise team!

My husband and I decided to purchase on a Saturday of a holiday weekend!! Not only did we get great customer service and a fair price for our trade we left with a car!! Not every where could we get that level of service at 2:00 in the afternoon!! Scott bent over backwards to make us happy and I will buy every future car from him! You couldn't ask for a better new car salesman....thank you!!

Scott Tell greeted me when I arrived and quickly got me test driving a couple cars; and was very patient while I compared models, features & prices (which he had demostrated). He was very informative, knowledge and respectful in helping me find & purchase the new car I wanted. His goal and was that I would be happy with the car I chose. Brad & Kevin were also, helpful & informative in their respective positions. I was very impressed by the team work and at this dealership.

Our experience with this dealership was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle and all it's equipment, warranties and pricing. They were more than willing to spend extra time with us to make sure we understood all involved. We received great rebate offers. The navigation system is a challange, but Jeff (our salesman) said he would be with us all the way while learning it. He was very knowlegable with the navigation system and computers as well. He helped us over and above. We LOVE our new MKZ.

Scott Tell is a great salesmen he really knows how to take care of his clients, he's nice and friendly and is willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable and satisfied. I have been to a few dealerships and none of the came close to compareing with Randy Wise. Scott,and Kevin I am truley greatful for everything you have done for me. I am happy and satisfied. This is my third lease with Scott Tell I had gone to two other dealers thinking maybe I would get a better deal I told them my price range, which they didn't come close but scott did. Scott got me the price I wanted thank you and also to Brad miller for his help.

This is my second car purchased at Randy Wise Auto Mall. I appreciate the customer service, making sure I am happy, checking on me every month or so to see how much I like my vehicle. This is unknown with other dealers I have worked with. Hyundai has been like family to me. It is great to go into the dealer and be called by first name. Hyundai is the best and will keep buying them for years to come.
