Calling this service visit exasperating is an understatement. Poor communication an inordinate amount of time for service to be completed and a duplicate billing issue causing my checking account understatement. Sean was amazing - really great communicator, super nice. Service seemed slow - not Sean, but back in the garage - I didn't get a video link until an hour after I was there, which makes me think that's when Service seemed slow - not Sean, but back in the garage - I didn't get a video link until an hour after I was there, which makes me think that's when it starter.
