Had no problems with dealership until my 2019. Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew not Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew nothing about this problem. I told him there is an article ( from toyota nation ) and his response was I don’t have to read anything except what toyota sends him . So much for safety and there are many articles on the internet . Very disappointed. You need to either keep denying the problem or educate your staff. More

I want to specifically acknowledge Mike Krueger, the Service Director for his professionalism and great service. Having purchased my RAV4 in December, I wanted to service it at a Toyota dealership. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in right away and the oil change took about 40 minutes. Holy Smokes, Schaumburg Toyota SERVICE Department is the BEST!!! EVERYONE should but one for the service alone...let alone the top notch quality of the actual vehicle.
