My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
My experience at Palm Beach Toyota was exceptional. I was greeted by Selim Khan who was extremely professional and courteous. His eagerness to assist and his knowledge of the vehicles were greatly appreciated. My husband and I just came to test drive a Camry and left because we were still checking on other vehicles. Selim kept in touch with us during this process and we never felt pressured to come back. In the end we did choose Toyota and would not think of using anyone else but Selim due to his loyalty to Toyota and his professionalism and eagerness to satisfy our needs.

My name is marc schoen and I am the broker/partner of realty associates. In a world of broken economics, personalities, and promises, Palm Beach Toyota was one of the best experiences in my life! Selim and Barry are the greatest. They were fast, professional, and diligent. I am not an easy person to satisfy. I am very demanding of service and professionalism. I did not have to demand anything, royal carpet treatment from start to end. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. P.S. my son and I have walked out of 7 dealerships in 2 weeks; one of the dealerships was another Toyota dealer. Not all dealerships are created equally

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
We were greeted by Selim Khan, sales consultant, who was very friendly, welcoming, straight to the point, honest and found us the car we wanted with very little hassle. The haggling for a price was fun and appeared to be between "friends". They were very reasonable and did their best to keep in mind that we were the client and above all we were the ones that had to leave feeling happy. Rudy Larriu, the finance office, continued in that same honest above-the table dealing with us. I needed to return a few days later to have some extras installed and the folks in the service department, Olga Perez and Mike were excellent and professional. I never thought I would ever buy a Toyota due to the bad press the company had, but with folks like these running the show, Toyota should be proud!

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
I set out Saturday afternoon to get estimates from a few car delealers and to see what was my best option of buying/leasing a new or used vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Selim Khan. He was so pleasant and sincere. Immediately we felt comfortable. We explained right away that my credit was not too good and so forth.Together Selim and Rudy Larriu made what appeard to be improable, possible. Selim has such a sincere and kind personality. He is really a people person. Rudy in my opinion is wise, professional and astute. These two guys are certainly assets to Palm Beach Toyota and I cannot sing their praises enough to my friends and family.

i bought my dream car toyota camry...and the reason for rating all the options great is because first of all i visited at sooo many locations for the cars....and you guys had the best price and the best attitude of your sales man name salim khan ....he had all the answers of my questions...he was a very friendly guy and he gave me a reasonable price with a good attitude and best customer service comparing to other places i have visited...and one more thing i'd like to add is that i was not getting ignored .... i had all the attention of your emploees...and last but not the least that i am loving my car...wish to come to this location again sometime in the future when i would think of a new car!!!!

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
Sure we have no problem talking about the fine staff here at west palm Toyota; i am not one for a lot of words, So i will keep it short.
My wife Tara is Deaf and of course very wary of dealership because of how confusing it can be, after all she really can’t here if the brakes squeak or anything like that. I on the other hand am very familiar with the car industry having work in it form 1992 till 2003.

i must say that your staff was the utmost professionals, they truly let the car and the customer me sell themselves lol. That is the very best experience any customer can along with have understanding and patience from your staff it’s no wonder why we came running back after our first visit.
Being informed customers we of course looked into the competition, the kia dealership and there new Sportage,, the Hyundai and the new Sonata, but let me tell u the way we treated at the Hyundai dealership was horrific, you know i told them i had sold cars for over ten years and even brought our credit from my work at the real estate office. So when we talk to a dealer we could talk number and cars not payment and money down. We will not be giving them and recommendations trust me, will tell anyone that will listen stay far away from them and go to west palm Toyota. We have already sent a co-worker there to look at the pious, but he bought a BMW.

I love to drive Tayota vehicles. Before I walked to Palam Beach Toyota office, I visited other dealers around Plantation. One of my friends referred Palm Beach Tayota to expect a professional environment. With all my expections, I got my new corrola with this dealer in March 2009. As usual, the sales associate at Palm Beach Tayota was very helpful in providing all the information in terms of technical specifications, utilities, pricing and financing options. This professional and friendly behavior attracted me to travel all the way from Plantation to West Palm beach to choose another new vehicle from Palm Beach Tayota. You will walk out with a good satisfaction whether you buy or do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. I recommend this dealer without any hesitation.
