I visited the dealership on 4/3/12 to check out a 2012 Durango. I called first and gave Sergio the stock number and he had the vehicle waiting. I told him what deal I wanted and he and Dave Tran put it together in nothing flat!!!!!! I was very pleased the way I was treated and taken care of. The process was very quick and painless. Place is way above your normal dealership. This is my 3rd new vehicle from them and I highly recommend visiting this dealership

we purchased a car with ken garff in west valley and had a great experience. we have been to various dealerships in the city and none of them gave us the treatment sergio gomez (cheeky)sp? did. he was very friendly and we felt like he had the patience and kindness we needed for this purchase. he and dave tran were wonderful and they helped us with all our questions and concerns. sergio and his team were fantastic. we will purchase all of our future automobiles with ken garff and we will recommend all our friends and family do the same. thank you.

I purchased my 2010 Suburban on-line via Auto Trader. When I got connected with Dave and Sergio the transaction was incredibly smooth and quick. Since I was coming in from out of state, I was concerned that the vehicle would not be exactly as promised or that there may be some other complication. My concerns were unfounded. Sergio represented the vehicle exactly as it was, documenting any imperfections.

Dave and Sergio were very customer focused. They even called and texted me as I was on my way home to ensure I got home safe and that there were no issues with the vehicle. I would certainly do business with them again.

After being treated very poorly by the dealership in Orem, We were told by a friend to go see David Tran. Not only was the service great, David and Sergio gave us a few different option to get into the truck we wanted. With the other dealership all they could do is give us reasons on why we couldn't. We walked out very happy with our new truck, and will ALWAYS go back to see David & Sergio for any of our needs with buying a car. We will also not hesitate to send people their way!

Rusty and Sergio did a great job at working with me on what I could afford at this time. Alex Allen in financing did awesome with the rates and paper work. I always felt that I could open and honest, never pressured into anything. I would send anyone I know to Rusty and or Sergio to get a new or used car. I am sure at some point in my life I will be back to get another car.

I will make this simple, I came in for an oil change on 08 jeep commander and I left with a 2010 jeep commander and 011 jeep liberty do to the deal being FANTASTIC! Thanks guys for the absoltly outstanding experience. Profesionalism is the only way to describe them.
