Service Department at David Bruce Toyota Cadillac

I recently purchased a new Toyota FJ Cruiser I spotted on Auto Trader. I worked with Dave Sosnowski, and the service dept. From start to completion of the sale it was the most positive experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dave and the entire staff we're professional in every way, very personable, and extremely accommodating of every request. They contacted me when needed to be sure everything would be done correctly the first time. Dave also took the time to be sure the systems in my FJ were configured before I left the lot. I love my FJ, and I know in the future the service will be there when I need it. Don't hesitate to to contact this dealership and Dave. They're AMAZING and you won't be disappointed.

Friendly attentive staff...very knowledgable, easy to talk to and made us feel like we were very importantant. Great experience! We have bought 4 cars and will continue to go to this David Bruce!

Buying a car from Janelle was buying a car from a person and not someone just trying to make the sale. She made the transaction a relaxed and professional experience with no pressure or game-playing. This is the third Toyota I've bought from Janelle and I'd recommend her to my friends. I also came to David Bruce, because of their fantastic Service Dept. who have taken good care of me for over 15 years.

Our efforts in shopping for a reliable vehicle of quality led us to David Bruce Toyota Cadillac in Bourbonnais, Illinois. We have known, respected and trusted the owner for several years however had not had occasion to make a vehicle purchase. It was time to make the vehicle change and we were pleased to meet and work with "Big John" Crawford within the sales department. John provided detailed information and was patient with our numerous test drives and final selection. He performed his job professionally without being the overbearing and aggressive salesperson. We felt genuine support rather than a determined effort to make a sale. John has become a friend and has remained supportive after our purchase.

John effectively introduced us to the personnel within the Service Department. The same level of respect and customer concern/care has been found within the service department. A visit to the service area reveals a professionally organized and clean work environment. Service manager Chuck Oliver is great.

Janelle is super. She is very personable and knows her cars well.

Bruce is like an old friend.

I always have excellent friendly service when I visit David Bruce. Sales people are always friendly and courtious. The service department is clean and the personnel are friendly and they complete my eervice in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

after visiting a out-of town dealer and experiencing the high pressure tactics they used, it was a pleasure to go to David Bruce & deal with Dave Sosnowski. No pressue. I was pleasently suprised that after going over prices for several vehicles he said "take your time". I went home to review all options. The 'out-of-town' dealer didn't want me to leave. Had to demand my car keys back. Never again!! I have since bought 2 cars from Dave & I won't bother with any other dealer from this point forward.

I have also dealt with Steve Lach (servcie advisor) on several occasions. Another pleasant suprise!! He is always very helpful and answers all questions I might have. Having a good service dept. is also very important to me.

The sales and service department is the best, you will not find a better dealer for all your needs sales and service is the best. You can come to David Bruce and be confident that you will recieve the best price and what is more important the service will be great. I have purchased 2 cars from David Sosnowski and I have sent my friends there and they also found that the dealership is the best around.

I was in need of getting new vehicle; was going to wait until Summer months of 2011; On Tuesday, February 1st Blizzard began late afternoon in Kankakee County; driving with my employer in his 2011 Mercedes; tire pressure warning signal came on as passing David Bruce Auto; Closed sign due to weather on service door; mgr and his men were inside; opened garage door (even though it was Mercedes purchased from competitor across from this establishment)mgr. had his service crew check pressure and fill all tires with air; so impressed by their courtesy decided to move my purchase of a vehicle up; went back next day and purchased the Mazda from Janelle, who myself and family members have had dealings -- just a very courteous; non pressured environment -- Other car dealerships should use the DavidBruce crew to train their staff or look into what's going on there -- they have it right.
