Shadi Dandan at Pacifico Ford

IT was a good experience dealing with chris watson and shadi dandan they were very helpful. This is the second time i dealt with pacifico ford i bought a 2004 tauras from shadi it might have been his first sale so it was good to see him again.Chris Watson was a pleasure to deal with he was very knowledgable about my 2013 ford excape.So all and all iam pleased.

Tyrell Nolan was respectful, patient and is a great young man. When there was a mix up with my getting new plates he remembered n stuck up for me even though I had signed not looking that a new tag charge was on paperwork. He got Larry Ferrell to talk to me who was also very respectful and explained things to me. At first we had a confusion in terms regarding "expired tags" vs "expired registration". Once we were on the same page he patiently explained I could get my old tags if they had sentimental value to me and that there would be some sort of a refund. Both Tyrell and Larry were easy to talk to. I put off buying a new truck cause I dislike dealing with salesmen but they made it a pleasant experience.
I will definitely recommend these two gentlemen to any of my friends looking for a new Ford vehicle.

The only thing I did not feel comfortable with in my dealings with Pacifico was Shadi Dandan. He was unprofessional. He did not listen to anything I had to say. He would interrupt me and keep repeating same facts over again. Since financing is not my forte, I brought my daughter along who was a business major and is a purchaser for a large corp. I understand he needs to do his best for Pacifico for a deal but he should be making me feel like I am getting something of a good deal. He never answered any of our questions. Again he just kept going over same things.

Your dealership was the only one in my area who had the color and exact truck I wanted or Shadi would have killed the deal for you.

Tyrell is an awesome and mature young man. I wish him all the best as he grows in your business!

It was nothing short of an exceptional sales experience at Pacifico Ford, including Joe Romano, Shadi Dandan and their elite salesman Ziggy Nozile. Ziggy was polite, friendly and made my wife and I feel liked valued customers. There was absolutely no pressure and Ziggy made our leasing experience very easy. Our experience at Pacifico Ford was excellent in every way. The Sales team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rocky and Shadi at Pacifico were incredibly nice and just gave us the information we needed to make the decision to purchase our new vehicle. Once we had made a deal and decided to buy, the Finance team and staff took care of everything and made it easy and painless to be out on the road in our new car the next day. We love our new Escape, and we would recommend that anyone interested in buying a Ford go to Pacifico!
