My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Shan Chao is an excellent sales person - a real asset to Toyota. She's very personable and her sales style is helpful, but not pushy. I really enjoyed meeting her and my experience in buying my new Toyota Sienna was excellent. She also followed up with me the day after the sale to make sure everything was fine. That was a nice touch!

Also, I had to take my new vehicle in the day after the sale to get help with transferring my contacts from my cell phone to my bluetooth because I couldn't do it on my own. Jackie Clubb, the service person, made sure I was given prompt and proficient technical help. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Charles Gabriel was the technical person who did download my contacts for me. When he told me his last name was Gabriel, like the angel, I told him he was my angel today because I was very frustrated that I couldn't get the download to work. He figured it out in no time and was very professional and pleasant.

I have to say that with all the cars, mostly which have been Toyotas, this has been the best experience ever with a dealership sales and service department. I look forward to my continued business with this organization! Thank you Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie, especially to Shan, Jackie and Charles!!!

A great car buying experience. I shopped around and found the best deal at Browns Toyota. My salesperson, Shan Chao was very knowledgable about the car and did her best to get us in a new Prius. No pressure and very nice to deal with. I would recommend Browns Toyota to all of my friends aand relatives.
