After attending St. Joseph's Academy and Fontbonne College, Shan Herwig devoted herself to becoming the very proud mother of seven wonderful children, three loving grandchildren and two adorable boxers. In 2007, Shan joined Mungenast St. Louis Honda after many years at the de Greeff Hospice House at St. Anthony's Medical Center. While at Hospice she met the Mungenast Family while helping to care for Dave Mungenast, Sr. prior to his passing in 2006. The position of Business Development Manager suits Shan well since it allows her to be meet a wide variety of people and to convey her pride in representing Honda and the Mungenast Automotive Family!

Shan was very helpful professional and attended to my needs. I would defentily recommend her to a friend or family. The last time iwas car shopping was at a different dealership "Suntrupt" down the street and i had a very bad experenience. They should take lessons from Shan at Mungenast and treat the customer like she does.

St Louis Honda was an exceptional experience. I have never truly had an experience with a car dealer that I was happy with. And I can honestly say St Louis Honda exceeded my expectations. The associates that helped us (Jane Gassner, Shan Herwig, and Ivo Saric) are an asset to the Mungenast company. We will definitely be telling everyone we know about our wonderful experience, and will be going to St Louis Honda for our vehicle needs in the future.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
My husband owns a truck and travels quite a bit. He needed to buy a car that had better gas mileage. We have always been fond of Hondas, but have never owned one. Shan helped make our decision to purchase a Honda Accord an easy one. She was very helpful, informative, and patient. She was able to find the right car at a good price while not putting any pressure on us to make decisions even though the dealership was getting ready to close.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
The transaction went smoothly and everyone involved was very friendly. Overall, obtaining the quote for our trade-in was quick and we enjoyed taking a test drive while it was being performed. I'm a prior customer and feel as though I was treated as such... the "hassle and haggle" that I went through the first time a few years ago was totally avoided during this purchase which was a nice suprise. I liked that we had an "appointment" and Shan did a really great job making us feel like she understood our needs that that we were her priority which was great.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Shan was incredibly helpful. When I gave her myprice range she told me exactly what they had. I am a college student who cannot afford a new car, but need something reliable. Shan recommended leasing the Honda Accord for three years. It was in my price range and exactly what I needed. I asked her several questions, and she had no trouble answering them. She made sure that my needs were top priority. A great experience with a very friendly person!

Great friendly service by Shan Herwig at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda was very helpful in our decision to purchase a new Honda CRV.
