Took my truck back there for the second time for the same reason (excessive oil limit)… The service center done a great job. My only complaint is that I had to go two days without my truck because they do no reason (excessive oil limit)… The service center done a great job. My only complaint is that I had to go two days without my truck because they do not provide you rentals or anything to replace your means of transportation while they are asking to keep you vehicle. In today’s society, where both household members need to work. It makes it very difficult to navigate with only one vehicle.. you would think a dealership of that magnitude with that kind of money couldn’t at least provide you some form of transportation to replace your car that they needed to keep for two days only to perform the same fix that they did the last time you had it in there and they still don’t know what’s going on with the alarm. Shane, the finance manager was completely disrespectful, lacked any sort of professionalism and only cared about himself. Did not want to work with me at all for a deal.
