Shane's wife is a school teacher at SK High and they have been together since 2001. Shane loves MINI because it's a very fun product that is also the highest quality and still very practical. When a customer comes into our showroom Shane's goal is to make sure they have a great time and even if they don't leave with a MINI, they will at least be well informed.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Northwest Mini is an easy place to purchase a vehicle. No high pressure sales, just friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot (which is not true of all dealerships). Rocky, Will, and Shane were very easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend Northwest Mini to anyone. I will certainly be going back if/when I purchase my next Mini.

Rocky was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating as we made the decisions to customize and order our brand new MINI convertible. His patience and knowledge made the overall experience painless and actually enjoyable. Definitely not your typical car dealership experience - top notch service from Diane and Shane as well. My Review of Northwest MINI:
This is my fourth mini that I have puchased at Northwest Mini. Every time I walk in the door it becomes a great experience. I really feel the people there that I have worked with are family. I have delt with alot of dealerships over the years,and Northwest Mini blows them all away. As a sales person and just a great guy, Rocky is the best. My Review of Northwest MINI:
I could not be more pleased with the new Mini Cooper.
Buying a new car can be so stressful and the team at Northwest Mini really put me at ease.
Brad took a great deal of time to make sure that I understood every aspect of the cars features before I left the dealership.
It seemed as if every team member came by and introduced themselves to me even if they were not working on the sale. It felt like I was joining a club, not just buying a car.
Great place. Worth the drive to Tacoma!

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Ever since we have bought Mini Cooper S from Bad we have been completely satisfied with the quality of the dealership, not only because of Brad's attitude but also because of Shawn's consistent eye for quality of his Sales team. To top it off, we have never seen a more detail oriented service crew. The car has been in several times for service or minor problems, but the attention to detail and willingness to please is beyond our satisfaction. Truly some incredible TLC has been given to our car. Believe me, I work in the service industry and can be very critical, so it is not easy for me to give a 5 out of 5, but in this case I did not hesitate. Northwest Mini is the BEST!

Everyone is nice and honest. You will NOT get car sales bullcrap. It is a fun place to buy a car. They have lots of options to personalize your MINI.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Excellent service! Shane, Brad and Diane made me feel welcome and I love my new car. I had a complete opposite experience 3 weeks earlier at a Ford dealership and ended up trading my used Ford vehicle for a new MINI. Best move I've made as far as cars go.
The Ford dealer was Lakewood Ford and I have written a review about that experience as well. I did notify Lakewood that I was unhappy with their service.
