Shari Godwin at Martin Honda

Our experience with Martin Honda was great. We were greeted by the Sales Manager, Phil who set the tone that we would have a very satisfactory experience and he introduced us to his sales rep Shari who would be working with us.

We had done our homework and gave Shari our needs and wants. She was VERY customer focused and we had a particular color vehicle in mind and she made sure that it was available to us. We gave her a price range and she came within our range and met all of our other expectations.

Even at the end as we were getting ready to drive off in our new vehicle, she checked out the vehicle and was not happy with how the mats had been installed. She asked us to wait, drove off for a few minutes and made sure that everything was installed correctly.

Shari truly made our experience delightful.

Our sales associate Shari Godwin was exceptional. We did not have to buy a car but were interested in the CRV. She took tthe time to go over colors and options. My wife found a color she liked with the options we wanted. The car was not in Martin"s stock but Shari found one and explained she could have it here the next day. We were trading in a car and had a price in mind what we felt the car was worth. We also had a payment in mind that we wanted. Shari fought to get us both. So we bought the car. We were scheduled to get the car on Saturday afternoon but we called first thing in the morning and asked if we could come early, Shari promptly repled no problem. Our entire experience with Martin Honda was great. We would recommend Martin Honda and especially Shari Godwin.

Shari was a pleasure to work with in buying my very first car. She was patient, friendly, and professional. She was especially helpful in facilitating the sale with my insurance company, a step for which I wasn't prepared. I highly recommend Shari as a sales representative!

Shari was a delightful person to deal with. She was very personable, warm, and friendly. Shari was also very thorough by explaining the steps we were going through to complete the sale. The follow-up calls she gave to remind us of the paperwork that was needed were very helpful as well. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to buy a car at Martin Dealership to look for Shari.

I recently purchased my second car from Martin Honda from my very friendly and helpful sales representative Shari Godwin. Each time my experience was very easy and did not consume my entire day, which was very important to me. Shari was able to have my information ready to go and followed through with everything I was looking for and more. The reason I continue to do business with Martin Honda and my awesome sales rep Shari is not just because of the amazing cars available but the personalized attention I recieve when I'm there and throughout the car buying experience. Buying a car has always been a terrifying experience for me. I have been thinking about it for about six (6) months now. I wish someone would have told about Shari Godwin then, I could have saved myself some sleepless nights and would be driving my own brand new car sooner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you - Shari is EXTREMELY professional, personable, knowledgeable, funny and experienced. She made me feel like family and my business was very important to her. I felt Special (like a Queen). The process of buying cars in my past was always grueling and painful. The time it took was so very long. This time was a snap!!!! I couldn't really believe I just bought a BRAND NEW car. She was very honest with me and gave me great advise on how to improve my credit for my next car I buy from her!

She also knows her product. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the car and how she explained everything I wanted to know. She even setup my bluetooth (ing) capabilities with my new GS3 phone. She didn't laugh too much when I couldn't back up correctly using the rear-view camera. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door either when I know I arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes before my appointment. She was literally just walking in for the start of her shift and hadn't even had the chance to relax before she starts. She still made me feel welcome anyway!

I came into Martin Honda with very low expectations for a favorable outcome and a few days later was pleasantly surprised that this Sales Consultant can work MIRACLES!!!!! The price was reasonable and a lot better than what I expected. So I am very pleased with the cost!!!

Oh, and the best thing out of this whole experience was that I left there with a brand new 2013 Honda Civic with only 7 miles on it. This experience has never happened to me ever! I haven't felt this good in a long time. Thank you Shari! I will send everybody I know to you!!! That's if they want the same car buying experience that I had with you and let's face it, who doesn't!!!!!!!

We visited Martin Honda as part of our wide review of possible new car candidates. Compared to the other dealerships we visited, Martin Honda stood out. Shari is an excellent representative and we are very pleased with our new Honda and the overall purchase experience. We visited the dealership on several occasions leading up to the purchase and each time, Shari was helpful, informative, and willing to take all the time necessary to ensure we were satisfied. For many buyers, the negotiation process with a dealer representative is as dreaded as a root canal session with the dentist, but I'm pleased to say that my experience at Martin Honda was a pleasant surprise indeed — thanks to Shari Godwin. From her warm smile and greeting to her thorough and thoughtful explanations and helpful suggestions, she was simply amazing! I know that I am cranky and suspicious when negotiating a deal, but Shari was patient and helpful throughout, and I walked out to my new Accord with a great feeling. Shari had spent a great deal of time insuring that I had a chance to explore various options — she even stayed past normal quitting time to explain features of my car until I was satisfied!

I can honestly say that this was my most satisfying experience ever in buying/leasing a car, and I'm 73 years old!

I entered the dealership with expectations of what I was looking for in a new vehicle as well as a realistic value for my trade in. They worked to get there without any hassles and they were very friendly to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and personnel to anyone buying a Honda.

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2013 Honda Accord. My experience was so amazing! I knew it was time to purchase a car so I began talking to friends to see what dealerships were good to work with and a friend suggested Martin, because he had a good experience with the dealership several years ago. I went on their web site and began researching the vehicles and even stumbled upon reviews for the sales representatives. Immediately I noticed the name Shari Godwin, because of how excellent her ratings were. So I took my time and read each review, and everyone on Shari's reviews had such great things to say, so I scheduled an appointment with her.

I walked into the doors at Martin Honda on my initial appointment day, and I knew I made the right decision. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and not one time did I ever feel like "just another sale". I met with Shari and she was very personable, warm, honest and friendly. Shari had a wealth of knowledge and she took the time to educate me. Shari listened to my needs and and showed me several options and I was able to make the best decision for me. She was a peace in the midst of a storm for me, even taking her time to empathize with me on a personal note. Shari started with me right where I was and guided me right through the process.

Ron, in the finance department was so friendly and patient. Ron and Shari were able to work with me and even offer me a lower monthly payment than I had set for myself! Martin did not have my color preferences in stock, but in less than 24 hours I was back at the dealership to pick up my car of choice in my color of choice. I could go on and on about the wonderful things that happened for me at Martin Honda, but if you are reading this review and considering a new vehicle trust me and the many other reviewers when we tell you that Martin Honda is an excellent place to do business! Finally, if you are reading this review and you are considering working with Shari Godwin, you will be nothing but pleased and sitting at your computer after your amazing experience with her and writing your great review just like the rest of her satisfied customers!
