My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
This was our third vehicle lease with Shawn and Jon Lancaster Toyota Scion within the last 3 years, the last two of which were one week apart. Immediately after recently leasing for the 2nd time with Shawn, we discovered our other vehicle needed some fairly costly repairs, and since we were so pleased with Shawn's service the week before, we decided to talk to him about trading that vehicle in and leasing another vehicle. Once again, Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us identify the best value for us given all of our considerations. Shawn and his support team at Jon Lancaster truly do make the car buying/leasing process very easy and painless. Once again, we would recommend Shawn Stuttleburg and Jon Lancaster Toyota Scion to anyone!

Shawn responded quickly to my email request and followed up by setting up an appointment for a test drive. There was no hard sell, but he managed to reinforce my positive beliefs about the Prius; and when it came time to close the deal, he was ready with all the facts and options, making sure I got both the car I wanted and a great value. Once the vehicle arrived, Shawn sat me down behind the wheel and made certain I understood the new (to me) hybrid technology and the safety features of my new Prius. From start to finish, he took care of every detail to make my purchase as smooth as possible. I'm very happy with his help and would recommend him to friends and family looking for a new vehicle.

This is the third car I have bought with Shawn Stittleberg's help. He is a true sales professional who listens to what I need, and follows through on what he says. He has great follow up skills after the purchase, thus showing me that he values my business, and wants to continue to be my car guy. He is a top notch car sales guy who does not try to push things on me that I do not want. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle. He is an asset to Jon Lancaster Toyota.

This was our second vehicle lease through Shawn. We didn't know exactly what we wanted in our 2nd lease and we were kind of dreading the search process, but we knew we wanted something with better gas mileage, something that was kind of sporty, yet something that was practical and a good value overall, and that staying close to our current payment was very important to us as well. Shawn was very helpful in pointing out how the Toyota Camry SE would meet all of our needs, and he made our selection process very easy. We feel he made us a very fair offer on both the price of the new vehicle as well as our trade-in value from the first lease.

We absolutely love our new Camry so far, and we greatly appreciated Shawn's knowledge and insight into what makes it such a great vehicle for us. He made the whole leasing process very simple and quick, and was very thorough in showing us all of the features of the car after the sale. He stayed quite late that night to finish the sale, well after his scheduled hours, and even after the dealership had closed. Shawn is very knowledgeable and professional, and he appears to be very dedicated to customer satisfaction and service. We would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Shawn was extremely patient with me with the amount of time it finally took me to decide I really wanted a new vehicle, and he was very helpful! There was no pressure invloved in the sale, which is exactly what I wanted. And he helped me through the process of finding the right vehicle for me, a 2012 Toyota Prius V. I have not had the car long, but I love it so far! Everyone I dealt with at Jon Lancaster was very helpful. I was nervous about the "usual" car buying experience, but found it easy and actually enjoyable. A huge Thank You to Shawn and the rest of the Jon Lancaster employees. I would recommend them and buy from them again.

Shawn and the rest of the sales staff were very straightforward with no sales pressure. There was very clear communication and Shawn made sure we understood all aspects of the new car sale. The sale was handled professionally and quickly. The price quote provided over the phone was honored and was very competitive. I highly recommend Shown and Jon Lancaster and have already done so to others.

Shawn Stittleburg was the best car salesman I have dealt with. He was straight forward about price and was true to his word. He kept us in the loop without being pushy. He really spent a good deal of time with to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about the car. No haggling needed- he gave the best price for the new car and a fair price for our trade-in. Most of the negotiation took place with e-mails. All car purchases should be as easy as this. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone in the market for a car.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
I found Shawn very friendly and easy to work with. There were two primary factors in my decision to purchase from Shawn:

1 - He is willing to communicate & work out the sale details via email
2 - The price he gave me was by far the best price I found after talking to over ten other dealerships.

Everything we discussed prior to our arrival at the dealership was exactly as Shawn said it would be and the experience at the dealership was great.

If you are the type of person who doesn't mind traveling a bit to get the best deal on a car, definitely give Shawn & Jon Lancaster Toyota a try. I believe you will get treated well, get a great price, and have a low stress buying experience.

I know I will recommend Shawn to any of my friends and family in the market for a new car.
