My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I recently purchased a new 2012 Chrysler 300 from Shayne Dyer. I was cautious at first because I live in NJ and had to travel to the Dealership to trade my existing car and pick up the new one. I did not want to make the trip more than once, so everything needed to be ready and settled on that day. Shayne did an excellent job of having everything ready for me and the deal we made over the phone/email is exactly what was presented to me that day at the dealership. I had some minor problems when I got the car home . . .but Shayne was there via phone to answer all my questions. It was the weekend and no Chrysler dealers in NJ were open . . but I knew I could count on Shayne to take my call (even though it was Saturday Night and the dealership was closed!) Shayne is the true meaning of customer service and although I had issue with the car and was now back in NJ . . Shayne was in constant contact to make sure things were being taken care of and that I was satisfied. His follow through and attention to details impressed me. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer . . and most certainly from Shayne. Thank you Shayne! I love my new car!

This is the fourth car I have purchased from Bald Hill Dodge. Excellent customer service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Their sales staff is friendly and professional at all times. There is no back and forth nonsense between the salesperson and the finance person. They treat their clients as they'd like to be treated. They know my time is valuable and respect that. Dealing with Bald Hill Dodge has been a great experience, not only their sales team but their service department as well. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
