My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The only thing I regret about buying a car from Sheldon is that I did not do it sooner. I wasted about a week of trying to find the best lowest price and getting the absolute best offer from many dealerships only to go in to each of them and learn that was not the case. I encountered rude pushy and misleading sales people everywhere else EXCEPT AT NAPLETONS.
I actually physically went into the dealership on a few seperate occasions and told Sheldon that I had a better offer. Each time he told me to go check it out he would be there for me when I found out, the other was lying to me. This happened twice, and after the last time of being mislead by another dealership, I called Sheldon and said I would be in to buy from him the next day. When I arrived, we quickly went over numbers, (it didnt take long because he stuck by his word and the price was what he told me all along). Where I was most suprised was he was more than able to help me get a lower interest rate than I thought I would be able to get. I STRONGLY URGE anyone to trust these guys and let them try to work something out for you with financing, the misconception of dealerships trying to rip you off with their financing simply is not true here. If Sheldon would not have been confident and true to his word through this whole process I most likely would have said no to requesting financing information.
At no time was I feeling like I was being had, or that they were trying to rip me off. Sheldon took a straight forward honest approach in selling me the car and simply asked for the business. I am sure if I would have kept heckling with other dealerships, I probably could have found a car a tad cheaper than what I payed. but walking out of there, I felt like I was the one who got the great deal.
I realize that dealerships are in the business of making people feel comfortable in the buying process, and if you want that, GO HERE. They did just that, and they did it masterfully.
When Sheldon and I worked out the numbers and had everything done, I then worked with Chris the finance manager to finalize things. Just as Sheldon was, Chris maintained the utmost level of professionalism and sincerity in helping me out.
I am in sales and I understand that in a sales process for almost anything, especially something like a car, you dont buy the car, you buy the salesman, and working with Sheldon and Chris confirmed the fact that I got the best deal that I possibly could.
If you are reading this, PLEASE do yourself a favor, save your time and energy, and buy from this dealership. Going to other ones will only confuse you and cause a lot of back and forth hassle that you just dont need.
I bought my car a little over 24 hours ago and I have already referred this dealership to two people.
People like Chris and Sheldon are why this dealership is so successful.
