My Review of Hagerstown Ford:
Smittie was my salesman and did a fantastic job listening to my wants and needs in a vehicle and then landing me on my dream car...a new Taurus! He took the time to go over the whole vehicle in particular the Sync system which is so cool! I also wanted to thank the Manager Sherry and Kevin Steen in the Finance Dept. for their help in my new purchase. I will definately recommend Smittie and Hagerstown Ford as a place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks Hagerstown Ford!

All employees were extremely friendly. I have no regrets buying a F150. Smitty made us feel a ease. Sherry was very helpful also. Lovely lady.

I appreciated that the salesman (Smittie) and the management went beyond the normal channels to present my request for a special paint job on my ordered vehicle.

I was disappointed that my color of choice was not available but I understand that this was due to factors beyond the dealership's control.

I was so impressed with the quality of service I received from everyone at Hagerstown Ford. As soon as I arrived I was surprised to see the vehicle I was emailing about waiting for me up front. There was no hidden charges and the purchase went so easy. If you truly want a NO hassle experience go see the people at Hagerstown Ford!!
