Silas was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, listened to what I wanted and made every effort to find just the right vehicle. No high pressure sales pitches. Even when I mistakenly wrote a check that ultimately bounced (I forgot to transfer funds from my savings to my checking), Silas put me at ease and was very understanding, saying I shouldn’t feel bad, mistakes happen. If or when I decide to buy another car, it will be Silas and McGovern Auto Group I will contact. I was also pleased with the whole atmosphere of McGovern.
