My Review of Ocean Subaru:
We were looking at cars and checked out Ocean Subaru online. Jeff got right back to us with a very competitive quote. We brought our trade down for him to look at while Ben showed us a few cars to help us decide which options we wanted. Jeff came out with the right number for our trade right up front, no games, no wasted time. They found us the right color and went right after it. When we came after the Car monday everything was ready and as promised. Skip had all the paper work ready and went through it with us. Again, no games, no gimmicks, no wasted time. It was a very straight forward deal and we were very pleased with how we were treated and how quick it went.

Very pleasant experience for my wife and me. Andy was very personable and open. He was very knowledgable about the Subaru Legacy and explained all its features. I had done some homework on prices beforehand but the value exceeded my expectations. The overall process, including paperwork, was seamless and professional. Hard to see how buying a new vehicle could be made any easier than what we got yesterday. Regardless of how good a product is, the treatment you get at the dealership is what determines whether you want to go back --- and we do.

By far THE best dealership I have ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, Andy, and Skip. They were all very courteous and professional. Andy is a top notch sales professional. He was extremely helpful and knowlegeable. Because of these individuals, what can generally be a very stressful and tedious process, was actually pleasant and stress free! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a very specific price range that they were able to work with, and they provided me with the best possible rate for my loan. They were very efficient yet not pushy, as they were more than happy to answer the many questions I had. Jim even helped me program my phone to the Bluetooth hook up in the car! I also met their service manager, Lynn, who shared with me that when the time came to service my car they could have a loan vehicle available for me. This assures me that the staff at ocean Subaru definitely works hard to make things easy and stess free for their customers. I left with me new car knowing I got a very good deal from a great staff. I can't say enough for my Ocean Subaru experience. I bought a 2011 Legacy and love everything about it. The time and personal attention that I received from Cheryl, Jeff, and Skip was way above and beyond what I have found at other dealerships. These people really care. The only thing they could have done better, would have been to give me the car free!! I will definitely recommend Ocean Subaru to anyone looking for a great organization with employees they can be very proud of.
