Ralph and Gloria were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the buying experience a pleasure. No hassles, straight talk. Ralph was very attentive to my inquiries and his responsiveness was very much appreciated, Gloria knows her stuff and was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend these individuals to others who are interested in a professional and courteous experience when buying a car. Bob has serviced my older vehicles in the past and is great at his job. Sohail is a true gentleman.

I am grateful to have been introduced to Steven at Toyota of Wallingford from a friends mother. He was very compassionate with my situtaion and sensitive to the time frame that I had. I am glad that he was so determined to make sure that he got me the best deal for the extremes of my income and living status. I came in with pretty much pennies in my pocket and he made sure that I left with something reliable and dependable which is exactly what I needed. Gloria was such a great help with informing me of all the fine print being this is my first time owning my own car with a payment i was sure i wasnt comfortable with, and walked me through this even as a friend. She was also very helpful with deciding my best option for payments that worked around my income as well as the best help with searching for the right car insurance that better benefitted me. I briefly met Sohail but from what I understand he made a strong argument in my favor to make sure I was taken care of at all costs. I would just like to thank these three employee's specifically because most car dealerships dont care about your story, they care about the money that your bringing to the table. I would recommend Toyota of Wallingford to any of my friends or family and specifically mention these three employees because they were so heartfelt with helping me out with my situation and I appreciate the down to earth determination of making sure I was taken care of as a person not a dollar sign and for them looking out for my best interest in leaving this lot with the best possible deal given my circumstances. From the moment I walked into the door and was matched with Celina, I knew this was going to be a great car shopping experience. My only regret was that I didn't stop in sooner in the day (I came is 15min. to closing). I felt kinda bad to swinging by so late. Despite the time, Celina didn't rush me & took the time to help my husband & I find our next car.I looked around online (shout out to Ron Jackson!!Sorry didn't meet you in person) and knew that we wanted a Rav4. Since they are such great cars, we didn't hesitate to pick one out to put a down payment on it before it got taken by someone else.We exchanged needed info and returned the next day to proceed to the next step in the sale.

Although I walked in with pre-approval from elsewhere, The dealership offer(s) were too great to pass up! My husband and I clicked well with Gloria. (She's so funny!!) in the Finance department; and were also introduced to Sohail (also very nice & friendly!). Everyone was just so on top of their game.We felt like we were among friends. :-)

When the day comes that we can get a 2nd car, we'll be sure to come here.In fact, we came in & referenced out siblings (who also got vehicles here) & will continue to send future prospective car buyers their way!

I knew that if it was a Toyota I was looking to get...that this would be the right place.Not only are the people awesome; the service packages that come with getting your Toyota here are superior. Once you go Toyota, you don't go back.:-)

From start to finish, everyone at Toyota of Wallingford was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and provided exactly what we needed. Ricky went out of his way to make sure we knew every feature of the new Corolla we were about to purchase, as well as exactly where to go if/when we needed help/service. We didn't feel pressured at all, and got the right solution for our set budget. Thank you, all, for a wonderful experience.

Today I traded in my Hummer for a Tundra. It was likely the best dealership experience I have had. Gloria was a delight to deal with. She was well informed, eased my concerns about my trade-in, and was personable the entire time. She actually made me laugh.

Ricky G. (his name does not appear above) was also extremely helpful. He was not your stereotypical, pushy salesman. Again, extermely informative, answered all of my questions, and let me make my own decision on this. ALL salesman should be like that!

I would not hesitate to visit your showroom for possible future purchases, as well as recommend this dealership to anyone... from staff to the well maintained showroom - I truly had a great experience.

Absolutely the number one dealer in ct.. If you want to get a car and save time and money,then you HAVE to come over to toyota dealer and talk to Frank Pagliuca..He is definetely the best one there hands down.He has the greatest personality and gets you in and out at your convinience..He does everything so fast and easy.. I got my car in less than 2 days..He really knows what hes doing and he even help me with my credit..Soo remember go see Frank..:-) i cant forget about the finance director soheil butt who also was very nice and explained everything very well.. Thank you to Diane Roberts who made me feel welcome as well... Awesome dealer and crew!!! :-))

This is our 2nd trucked that we have leased thru Toyota of Wallingford and we couldn't be more pleased. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and your trucks are outstanding. Wouldn't buy any other truck than a Toyota! See ya in 3 years ;-)

I went online for a quote and nicole answered me right away. I was referred to Mike and he was very personable and friendly.He went through the whole car with me and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely buy another car from him and recommend him to all my friends.Sohail was also very friendly and thorough with all the paperwork. All three employees i dealt with made my time there enjoyable.

After 10 years of driving a 1997 Saturn that was literally given to me by an old lady, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I went car shopping to lease a car, with the intention of buying the car at the end of the lease. As a single young woman, I had bad experiences at a couple of other dealers in the area, who obviously assumed they could pull the wool over my eyes and offered me terrible deals. I came to Toyota of Wallingford and was offered a much better deal by Evan Douglas and Frank Mikolike. They were kind and respectful, and they took the time to explain the terms of the lease. Most importantly, they were very transparent in the lease deal they were offering. They showed me all the numbers I was asking for (whereas at the other dealerships, it took pulling teeth to get them to tell me the sticker price I was being offered and the residual value at the end of the lease, and I was never allowed to speak with the manager who was offering these shady deals). Not only did they treat me like a human, Toyota of Wallingford offers many perks, such as free oil changes and batteries as long as you own your car, as well as free manicures (seriously) if you get your service on a Monday. They are awesome!
