Sohail Sadiq at Cherokee Hyundai

I had narrowed my vast car search down to two cars, both made by Hyundai. I appreciated that Sohail, our sales person, didn't steer us toward one particular vehicle, but gave us his opinion of the pros and cons of the two as it applied to my family's unique car search situation. Sohail was patient and attentive and made the car buying experience fun and easy. I had gone to a total of four Hyundai dealerships, visiting three of them twice and finally made the purchase of our new Veloster at Cherokee due to their service and the positive feel I got from Scott and the way he treated us as customers. He and Sohail were there for us and didn't give us the feeling that they were doing us a favor by selling us a car (like one of the dealerships I went to). I was able to negotiate a similar deal at another dealership, but drove back across town to make our purchase at Cherokee. Well worth a visit, Cherokee Hyundai has brought customer service to the world of car buying.

I can honestly say that this was the BEST car buying experience that I have had in over thirty years of buying cars!! From the moment my 83-year old mother and I pulled up, until the time we left (with her new Sonata) we were treated like royalty!

Our salesman (Sohail) made my mom feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time and was so helpful to answer all of her questions! He was patient and understanding, and did not pressure us! Actually, by answering our questions, the Sonata sold itself!

Then, our finance specialist (Marc) showed the same genuineness and patience as we walked through the finance options and made sure my mom understood and felt comfortabe.

Cherokee Hyundai is in a league by themselves when it comes to automobiles and customer service!! I will never give my business to anyone else and nor will my family.

We went into the dealership looking for a new vehicle for my wife, and Sohail approached us to answer any questions we had. After test driving one vehicle, we were asked what we thought, etc. Sohail quickly suggested looking at a vehicle that more closely met our needs, after driving the 2013 2-door Elantra, my wife knew this was the car for her. Sohail went over the package options, and all of the accessories with us - then we began the paperwork process. We very much enjoyed the treatment we received, and everything was very easy and smooth. After the initial paperwork process, we went in and spoke with Scott about different financial options. He was very nice, and knowledgeable. After choosing a few options, etc, etc.. We were given the keys to our new car! This was a very quick, seamless, and "pain"less process. No one was pushy, or in your face about anything at all. After we got the keys to the car, Sohail took us out to the freshly washed, and fueled up car, and he showed us even more options in the car. He connected my wife's cell phone to the bluetooth radio, made a test call from it, showed her all the GPS options, etc etc. Normally I would expect a car dealership to pretty much say goodbye after you sign the paperwork, but, this was not the case. Sohail stayed to answer any questions we had, and even talked off-topic about things as well. I am quite impressed with the service Sohail and Scott provided. I have already told my brother in-law to talk with Sohail when he decides to get his Genesis (which of course I get to drive a few times too)...

Sohail did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our new Hyundai Elantra. We came to the dealership 3 times before deciding to buy and Sohail was patient with our decisions every time. My husband is tall and we chose to just sit in few vehicles to see if we could fit. Sohail lets us test drive alone which is so key to being able to make an unpressured decision on purchasing. We test drove a Genesis coupe, an Elantra and Sonata Hybrid and decided to save a little money and go with the Elantra. Scott in financing was able to match our credit union rate. We are very satisfied customers!

WE WERE SEARCHING FOR A NEW SUV & SOHAIL WAS VERY HELPFUL & VERY PATIENT. HE LET US

I was looking for a used car and had been to the dealership a month ago. I received a call from the dealership that they had received a few more used SantaFe Hyundai's and wanted to make me aware. I went to the dealership and met with Sohail Sadiq. He was very low key and allowed me to test drive different vehicles. He allowed me to take the car I was interested in, home to show my husband and return later that day. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, James John met with me on the financing. He was very friendly and professional. When I left with the vehicle, Mr. Sadiq was more than kind in providing a cargo mat and hookup for the Ipod. A few days after the purchase I received a call from the dealership to see if everything was going well. I am very impressed with their customer service and the car!! I have not used the service department yet, but I am hoping that I experience the same quality of service that I received in the sales.

I don't like to car shop. I get all mixed up about MSRP, dealer price, option packages, when is the best time to buy, etc. This time I did my research before hand and test drove a lot of cars before deciding to buy. Even with all of that, when I arrived at the dealership they no longer had the car I wanted and I was very upset. I can honestly give them a 5 rating because they turned that completely around. They showed me a car with all that I wanted, but it wasn't the color I wanted--I say showed--because they didn't push it on me. Then they explained they would get me the right color and explained the process. I went out and looked at that car and I liked it. I don't typically like white cars but with the pin striping and the body style it looked really good. The price was good and in-line with my research, the trade-in was fair and also in-line with my research. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me. It didn't turn out exactly as I planned it, nope, it turned out better than I planned it.
