Worked very well with Kerrie first via internet. Upon my arrival they had the information, took our car for appraisal, came back with a number we liked and had the paperwork done within the hour. We had worked on the price prior to arrival and was told our car would be in next week. Short, simple, and pleasant.

It was great car buying experience. The sales representative was very efficient and enthusiastic and willing to help. The finance part of car buying also was hassle free. Neither the sales representative nor the finance personal was pushy to sale the extra products to us.
I will recommend the Princeton VW to our friends and family in the future.

Requested quote on the net. Princeton VW was the first one to respond. Their quote was good and I didn't have to haggle. They were not trying push all the packages like extended warranty, roadside assistance, etc.. Overall it was a good car buying experience.

We came to the dealership with a couple of ideas about how we wanted to procede. Sonya was very patient and informative as we weighed our options. She accompanied us on three test drives and was able to answer all of our questions about the features of the vehicles we were looking at. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. It was well worth the trip from West New York to Princeton.
